"Program" is easy to use, follow. Difficult time for me to evaluate as my hair is so dizzy in the humid summer weather. Will use as directed and Ann anxious to begin to see results.
It took me a long time to get ahold of someone.
I contacted customer service issues as I want to make sure the recurring order is postponed until December as I don't need to order every month as I can't afford it
If shipping and results are the same as ordering, it will get another 5 stars

I declined order when it arrived and made several phone calls several emails telling to cancel this order. It had been one month and I am still waiting for my refund to the account. Please refund my full original among charged plus extras and refund to the credit card used immediately. Than you Carolyn Cometford

This product is easy to use

The wrong minoxidil was sent to me. I believe I ordered women's but was sent Men's.
Two of the products were unsealed and spilled in the box when the shipment arrived. I tried to call several times and was never able to get through to a person even after leaving a callback number. I emailed your customer service and did not get a response. I am uncomfortable using products that are opened when I receive them. I was asking if you would replace the damaged products, I can mail them back to you. Please let me know by telephone what you want me to do.

Thought all the products had minoxidil, but didn't realize it needed to be purchased separately, even though I already spent a ton of money
I thought your website made it very difficult to checkout at the end, kept asking if I wanted more products... which at first I just wanted to try the basics...
Also because I choose the free delivery option it took your company 3 weeks before shipment arrived at my home, which is insane...I almost felt like you were punishing me.
I travel quite a bit so I choose not to do auto delivery at this time plus I wanted to try the product first.
I've only been using the shampoo for a short time now but I seem to like it but nervous to purchase again because it took so long to receive.
Your company follow up with emails is excellent though!
What do you recommend for next time?
I left my number for a call back to discuss where my order was and no one called me back. I am in Canada and the order took well over 3 weeks to arrive. Hopefully the product works and is worth the cost.
