On the orders I made both times the items requested were charged incorrectly on the first order and the second order was incorrect all together with the wrong item. Customer service was able to correct both errors immediately upon calling.

I sent multiple email and never received a response
I thought I was spending 59 dollars. There is no preview before ordering so I had no idea I spent over 200 till it was already completed. I was shocked. I hope it works. I wanted to cry. I never spend that much money on myself.
I have been using Shapiro MD for about 3or4 weeks and I can see short hairs where I had no hair.
Hair loss had definitely diminished
At the time I was investigating my hair loss and told by my doctor it was from medication... so I returned my second free trial box after talking to customer service about how to return. I did so but never received credit...since then I restarted the shampoo and bought the scalp treatment as my medication is not to blame for hair loss.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner since my order. I can not really tell any difference in my hair but I've only been using it for a month now.
Excited to try this
The shipping took a long time, and I hadn't heard anything and I was thinking "Oh, no! I've been scammed." Then I finally, after 3 or 4 weeks, got notification that the product had shipped.
Then it took another 2 weeks. I guess I'm a bit spoiled about shipping because Amazon is so fast, but I still think that was pretty slow.
I have used the shampoo and it leaves my hair feeling a little bit wiry, but I will keep using it for the time period that it gives, because I really hope to see results.
I had a great advertisements and I like what it done so I thought I would at least try it for a month and see how it goes maybe I will buy more later
I have used it 3 times and like the fealing of my hair because I have two ponytail my hair all the time because of my work I don't have to wash it as often as I used to but I do like feeling I have had since I started using the shampoo I will continue and let you know later as time goes on thank you so much
I have gotte my purchase. Products look clean and nicely packaged.
Easy steps to place the order, however I sent an email to support customer assistance with some info I need it. They never respond back.
I didn't order at the price they were charging me so I had to contest that and then they offered a discount which I accepted rather than pay for shipping to send it back.
The advertisement was misleading
It's been good so far, but I often prefer to experience the purchase before I make my final evaluation
I order an extra bottle of the leave in stuff one of the bottles lid came off and was completely empty the box was completely soaked. I emailed customer service they never responded back. So I probably will not order again due to that
