I was over charged by about $110.95
You offered a promotional price. I was charged $229
I tried to call was put on a call back list n never heard from anyone. I've email about 5 or 6 times to try n get this cleared up. False advertising in my opinion and no way to contact with a response.
Believed in product developed by an MD, but have found no real difference in other products I have tried. You also charge way too much money for quantity and quality re river. Please discontinue any further shipments.
Popped up on my phone and was easy to order. Can't tell yet whether it's helping.
The customer service was great with all the emails sent. Even the follow up afterwards. I don't want to comment on the product yet, as it has only been a month since I have used it. No comment right now, but maybe in 3 months I will.
Shopping was easy,let's see if product works.Hopefully it will.

It was excited to get my package on time
I ordered the two month supply of shampoo and conditioner. The ad that I ordered from show to receive two bottles of the foam and a gift. I only received the two bottles of shampoo and two bottles of conditioner. When I called Support. They said that that offer wasn't valid, although I had a picture of the ad that I clicked on to place my order. After several emails with Support. They agreed to send me a free gift of my choice, I chose the foam, it should be on its way. Not sure if they are sending the two I should have received.
The website is not shopper friendly. Hard to find items
Took longer than I expected to receive my order
I placed an order on July 22. I called immediately when I saw the order was wrong. Never was able to get anyone to help me. I received my order. I took out what I wanted which was one shampoo conditioner and treatment. I can mail those back to because I'm upset with my whole experience with y'all. Please refund me my money! All of it
Very deceiving want to cancel this order this was my first reaction I must admit after using the product that my hair is changing for the better
I tried to stop the shipment on 8/23. I don't need any product. I have tried to call10 times over the last few day. Sent messages to customer support that did not get delivered. They were returned as undeliverable. I like you product but your customer support needs help.

I needed to order more of the tropical solution product for the hair regrow this kit. The order process was as convenient and no issues what so ever. I love what has happened to my hair using these products over the years. I feel so much more confident about my hairstyle today due to the development of Shapiro MD.
Quick fast and very easy.
The shampoo and conditioner has worked. I see less hair breakage. I wish it was more moisturizing but its good. Too expensive though.
The marketing is a bit misleading and thus I will be completely cancelling my order. I did receive after 3-4 weeks and was offered a discount when I called to cancel. However, not until I received my order did I get the full details of the program. The shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam is all that is included in the marketing portion but then you receive the details recommending an additional 3 steps which are important in the hair growth process.
Very quick and easy! I am also very smell sensitive and can get migraines quite easily however, the scent is so light and clean almost really fragrant free.
