I called several times and emailed support twice and never hard back from anyone.

Have been using the shampoo & conditioner for 3 weeks. I'm noticing a slight improvement in hair loss.

Great service, but will not be rebuying. Containers much smaller than expected for price.

I received my order quickly and am very happy with the shampoo and conditioner.

Will see if it works?!

I never reordered any more products and just saw I was charged for $179 and I will stop payment on it!
PLEASE do not send me anymore things until I ask for it!

These products are gentle on your hair and leaves your hair with body and shine. I like to mix the shampoo with the conditioner when I wash. I have an autoimmune issue that requires me to be extra gentle with my hair. I m glad I can use these products.

So far good. Just started using the product and I am loosing more hair than usual. Hoping this stops real soon.

Received my order... I have been using products for a week... absolutely love shampoo and conditioner! My hair is fine...it gives my hair body all day and second day!

I received the product but it took a few weeks. I'm not sure it works with any permanent change. It seems to be one of those, if it does work for you, you must use forever or the hair falls back out. I think the price is super inflated and not suitable for forever use. They put just enough in a bottle to last about 30 days. So at an average of $65 a month, it's certainly heftily priced.

An item I did not want was added to my order causing my order to be over $240.00. I was supposed to be paying shipping on a free trial bottle. I was told to send it back when I received it which I did. I still have yet to receive my refund. I will never order from this company again. I have nothing good to say about this company and will be happy to testify to such.

I keep getting emails saying that I am getting another shipment even though I didn't authorize that. I wish you would stop sending those emails.

My hair looks more nourished.
