It was a little misleading with the prices. The price that was listed in a bigger font made it look like that was the price. However there was fine print that said it was only for one month. I was a little shocked when I finished checking out and my total was listed as 4x higher than I was expecting.

I chatted with a man about returning the product, it made me ill. He was rude and dismissive
I return you product, at my cost, on August 8,2020. I have yet to receive my refund.
I have not yet had enough time of using the product to give any reliable experienced based feedback regarding the improvement, or lack thereof, of my hair loss issues. However, the products are pleasant to use. My hair feels nice and clean. The only thing is that I do not like the smell of the product. It smells like my husband's aftershave. It's nice on a man, however, I would prefer smelling like a woman.
I have not had time to respond since I received my order, however I was disappointed in the amount of money taken out of my account. I was agreeing to what I remember was about a $48 charge, however, my invoice states that I paid $179.82. I'm certainly hoping that this works for me because I've been using it for about four weeks now and can't tell any difference. I will let you know if indeed it doesn't work.
I am also concerned with there being another charge taken out of my account when this three month trial is over. I read some of the reviews for your product and several people said that was the case. I am hoping that does not happen with me.
