I placed my order on July 19th with the expectation that it would be delivered within 3-7 days as advertised. After two weeks with no order in sight I contacted customer service and only then was I informed that one of the items was on back-order and had not even shipped yet. It would have been nice to be informed up front that the shipment would be delayed so that my expectations were realistic. The customer service operator was not apologetic and just said it very matter-of-factly as if I already knew. It did not inspire me to keep spending so much money. I am waiting to see how/if the product works and then will decide if I want to continue giving you my business.

I loved the timing upon which I received my product, and I am absolutely loving my product thus far. I can already notice tinny hairs growing back on my hair line. And this is exactly why I am giving it a 3 star, because as a Health and Wellness advocate myself, I believe we "need each other" to serve and support each other into wellness the best we can. I am pretty disappointed about the "size" of your packaging.
I feel it would only be fair to receive "quality AND quantity" back when we put our money efforts and trust onto your product.

It is so sad (to say the least) how much Health and Wellness is FAR FROM reachable in the US.
It'd be great for you guys to consider that for many people buying this VITAL products already is a huge sacrifice, not everyone has the access to an expensive cure like this, and yet, we still get tinny peaces of it, as if you guys were not already making tremendous amounts of money from people like me who are desperately looking for a solution to such a "shameful" conditions as hair loss is.

So if you guys "truly care", I would suggest to "show it" on the amount of product you deliver in return to our money investment... Health and Wellness should not be such luxury, or a sacrifice. I believe that's far from wrong. It is unethical.
