No one ever answered My calls or email. I hit the prompt number nine for a call back and never got that either. I received the wrong product for a male instead of a female.

The last time my order came directly to the house now,i was shock coz had to pick up to the post office which is i paid duty free.Sorry wont be ordering again.
So the 1st order came without the foam and shampoo was open and burst.called and the 1st lady Marilyn was very generous to say she'll send a whole new kit, wasn't expecting, but good c/s...then had some other lady call to verify that I was taken care of and she spoiled the 1st generous message and when this replacement came it was another busted shampoo and was all over the foam bottle...not impressing.unsure of this relationship, initiation wasn't a good feeling...
Everything was good and the process was easy. The product was shipped and delivered quickly
The system would not let me put in my husbands card. Had to to add a pay pal account to put his number in. Also there was no one time only shipping. I just want to try it, not be in auto shipping.
I didn't understand how to stop my order if I wanted to.

My hair is falling out after one month.
Wanted to order more than one bottle of shampoo but there was no place on the order to do that and didn't want to do two separate orders. Wish I would have had this product when I was younger as my hair loss has virtually ended. Thank you for a superior shampoo for hair loss.
Just decided to give It a try I am a cancer survivor who really never got the strong hair I want after with a lot of hair loss so I am giving this a try. So far so good
I do feel you could have bigger bottles for larger orders there is a lot of plastic in all these little bottles
