Quick and easy
Received items damaged and have been trying to contact customer service for over 3 weeks. Box is leaking with a damaged product and i didn't even take out of the box. Tried calling several times only to be left on hold for someone to help and then the phone goes dead if you try and leave a message. I want a refund, not able to trust this company without having some type of customer service. Very dissappointed having to deal with hair lose and this type of service. I want to give this a no rate, but it won't allow, that is why i gave it one star

Difficult website - not very user friendly.
Was a bit frustrated with the fact that I had to pay duty for this item (I am in Canada). This has never happened with anything I've ordered from the US. I also found it odd that instead of shipping it in the Shapiro MD box, they/you ripped apart the box, turned it inside out, then shipped the product.
It was easy to get through all the extra stuff that I cannot afford

It is too soon to tell if it is working as I am still looking hair. But it has slowed.
I tried 4x by phone because I had questions. Left 2 messages Never got call back so I decided to order. If it's not for me I will send it back.
In general I had a good shopping experience as I received my order as I had expected. However I was surprised to learn that I had to be charged and pay customs before receiving my parcel. I live in Canada and had to pay $13.95 CDN at the post office! This was never an issue for my other orders that came from States!
So far I have not noticed any difference in hair loss, however I have only been using product for about two weeks. The product was smaller than I had anticipated for the price that it was. It was expensive for what you get. I have cancelled any future orders and will reorder when I need more if the product does what you say it will. Best regards, JoAnn
I have high hopes that this product will work. I did call to confirm that initial order would not produce auto shipment monthly by default. The whole experience was unprofessional and not at all in line with the image I felt you want to portray.
I don't like finding out about additional products available to me at the last minute. Let me read about them to see if they're for me before I'm checking out. Also, if I could have chosen to cancel my VIP membership myself online should I decide this system isn't for me, I would have joined the replenishment program. Having to call a number and potentially be put on hold or not be able to reach someone isn't appealing.
Looking for shampoo and conditioner to help my scalp and grow hair on my thinning patches
I am hopeful that these products will be of benefit to me, and I am willing to give them an extended trial to determine that. They are pleasant and easy to use. However, they took a considerable time to arrive, and were very expensive due to Canadian dollar exchange rates and duties. These are factors that I will have to examine closely when deciding whether to reorder.
It's a nice shampoo, but my hair is still falling out. It has not helped my thinning hair although I use it every other day, as instructed. Not interested in buying it again.
Easy but delivery was longer than I expected. Will keep that in mind for reorder.
