I need more time
I love the scent of the products I received. After. 3 weeks of using it, I am seeing a slight improvement to my balding spot.
Easy and quite
No one calls you back when you want to change your subscription. I've called three times and gave you my number and no one calls me back!
I have been using the product for several weeks only so it is too early to see results. However, I do like the products thus far. Hoping for good results.
Received my order quickly. Was just unhappy with the product. I received 4 boxes of 5% minoxidil, but reading the instructions it clearly stated do not use if you are not a man. So I contacted customer service online and they tried to tell me it was ok to use, but that someone from customer service would contact me within the next two days. They never called me, never left a voicemail. I waited about 10 days and never heard back so I contacted them again. They said someone called and left a voicemail, which isn't true and that they were going to send me the 2.5% minoxidil instead. I asked if it would be ok if I returned my order because I haven't been satisfied with the product. It smells awful and the conditioner feels sticky. They issued an RMA and told me I would have to cover shipping costs. Awful product, awful customer service.
I have on multiple occassion contacted you via email and telephone and no one will get back to me. I would like to return the product, as I am not comfortable with the number of ingredients in the product. I understand I have topay for return shipping, but I would prefer not to use the product and return it unused for a full refund.

Easy and fast after reading product's ability to stop hairliss
No noticeable results re hair regrow after two weeks use. Jury is still out on efficacy of product.
I called and emailed several times to stop the automatic shipment and I never got a response. It wasn't until I received the shipment that I heard from someone.
It was fine. I don't appreciate being forced to make a comment.
