1st time buying this so I hope it works well.

It was a very simple process my order was delivered on time
And I'm using it just about a month in.

So far, I have only used a few times. Since I don't wash my hair everyday. I will continue to use it and wait to see the outcome.

Tried to call but but no answer or response, emailed but very slow to respond. Bottom line poor communications and it should not be blamed on COV19.

I think the conditioner may be a bit drying. Or I could just need a hair cut.

Shopping was easy; website efficient.
