I reached out cuz one of the many items I have bought ripped very bad. I was very disappointed cuz it happened ~ 1 week after I r we craved the item.
They quickly responded to my email and send me the item right away at no charge, the only thing is that they send me the WRONG size XL and my size is L.

I had previously ordered two pairs of leggings that were not "cooperating" with me. I called customer services, new leggings ordered/received without an issue. New leggings are fantastic!
First one I ordered was really comfortable. Doesn't look good and it rides up but still comfortable. With no discomfort. I can wear it all day So I ordered 2 more from the booklet that came with my bra. They did not fit. I use the extra hook and eye piece that came with it. Still tight and a bit small on my breasts. So I was on the fence with a wirefree bra but I figured if I didn't like it I would return it. Well from the moment I put it on I noticed a difference. Wearing throughout the day I couldn't believe how comfortable it truly was. I felt like I wasn't really wearing a bra! This is definitely a bra that when you get home from work you don't want to immediately take it off!
