Hello, I'm new to Shapermint and very delighted to be a part of a very good company & your awesome Customer Service Dept. I'm exchanging 2-items for a different sizes and never thought that I would not have to return the items, but keep them or share giving them to someone else.
That is simply amazing, I've never recalled this happening especially in today's greediness for more money and many times at any cost.
This is why your company is so successful, because as the old saying goes... it's better to give than receive. And by doing that, you will continue to get back more prosperity coming in than you give out. GOD see's that and He is well pleased.

Great product and great promotion. Unbelievably comfortable and effective. I have bought three separate times to make sure I have a great shapewear for any and all occasions.
I absolutely love my product! I did have a problem with what I had ordered (I ordered the wrong size). I contacted customer service and they were so very friendly and easy to talk to. I can't wait to order more! These things feel amazing on and makes me look less fluffy lol
I've worn my share of "girdles" & body shapers over the years, but the Shapermint far exceeded anything I've experienced over the years. Not only does it "do the job" it's comfortable! Imagine something this light and comfortable being effective, unheard of with women undergarments.
This assessment also includes the bras. I'd just given up finding a bra that gave me needed support and was comfortable, without underwires and all "that stuff" that's put in the cups for some ungodly reason. I can't believe I'm again wearing a bra all day without praying for an event to be over so I could take it off.
I do and will continue to recommend these garments to all my friends and acquaintances. I'm an old girl and vain is not part of my conversation when it comes to personal comfort, so I'll be spreading the word at every opportunity presenting itself.
I had an issue with the size of the shape shorts i had bought. Customer service followed up with my complaint right away, and helped receive a replacement that fits fine now
I've tried other products in the past with great disappointment. So I was skeptical. But, to my great surprise your product is comfortable, all day, and does what it's supposed to do. Smooths out those unsightly rolls, just enough, without binding or making me feel like my insides and constricted. Recommended to my friends and my sister and she just ordered some for herself. Great product.
I live this product. You don't have to adjust it after you put it in because it stays in place. No rolling top to repeatedly pull up.
The cami was very tight and difficult to put on and take off. Also needs some type of cup within the cami.

My first purchase via Shapermint came within 48 hours of ordering. On this occasion, however, I ordered on August 30 ( Paypal), now it's the 7th of September, and I have yet to receive my order. I receive plenty of promotional emails, and yes, "tracking" indicates "it's on its way"- but I was really looking forward to a repeat of my first purchase experience

I ordered the everyday shaper short in a size smaller than what I actually needed, (order the size you wear, trust me, I couldn't breathe with the smaller size lol). I received a follow up email asking how I liked the shapewear. I emailed back late at night saying it was too small. I received an email next morning with new tracking info and letting me know one was headed my way. Very stressfree!
