Once I was able to get it on it rolled down instantly, it did not stay up at all and I believe it is because of my apple shape. When I watched the videos again, all the models are pear-shaped with a small waist and not one was apple-shaped. A little misrepresentation on the company's part. It's not for all shapes and sizes.
I had a return & it was replaced the very same day. The response time was within the hour. Can't get any better than that when dealing out of country & different time zone.

I like the price, since most stuff is on sale most of the time. Unfortunately, they run out of my size on some items regularly. I wish they labeled the items better so if you had ordered several styles and wanted to reorder something you really like, you could be sure what you were ordering. I returned nearly everything in this order because I reordered the wrong style bra because of their vague labeling. I also returned the tank top because it was see through and I couldn't wear it without a shirt over it. I have several styles of the bras and they are all comfortable. Some have annoying removable pads and most don't have adjustable shoulder straps which are the things that keep me from giving them higher ratings. The leggings are ok but don't hold up to the hype. The company itself is really good about exchanges and refunds.
I have been trying for 3 days to exchange 2 items. Their online exchange site is worthless! I follow the exchange prompts and nowhere does it show or allow me to choose my exchange items without purchasing them. It just proceeds as if I am purchasing new items with no allowance for exchange. I do almost all my shopping online and I have never had such non existent customer service! I have called numerous times only to be told to leave a message. No one has returned my call. I have done "live" chat only to get scripted non person responses, I have emailed and I continue to get scripted responses. It has been a continuous circle of robotic responses. I will now attempt to just return the damn items! Wish me luck!

Ok, here's the skinny. I ordered the wrong size & was allowed to reorder-No problem! Quick and easy. There was no jumping through hoops to reach a customer service rep. The instructions were online and very clear. Next, I gave a review of the product when it came. I was satisfied but feeling it out. And guess what? They thanked me for my review and gave me a gift! Holy Moly! Am I in 'Shapermint Heaven" or what? The deal was for me to order with the promise to be reimbursed. I kinda thought it was hacker when they sent me the message via Messenger on Facebook instead of my email address. I was to contact them back via Messenger if I had questions. I ordered the product and Amazon processed it. After a few days I wanted to make sure the gift was real so I contacted them via chat. It was a challenge to get pass the automatic chat lady so I typed "agent" "representative" and got a LIVE person to chat with. She said she'd look look into why I hadn't received credit and that someone would get back to me. They did. Honestly, I was more relieved to know that the offer was real & not spam than I was to receive the gift... whew! Afterwards, Patricia contacted me a few days later to confirm that their offer to me would be processed. As promised they came through! The customer service ppl I spoke to via chat were AWESOME! I really felt their peacefulness and care in addition to the ease of ordering. I've been scammed before so I was on alert and now relieved... ahhh. I am pleased with my products and I will order again! Thank you all at Shapermint for the gift, for being REAL and for your excellent customer service :)

I I tried to help centre online. I couldn't make them understand what my problem was. I tried calling the number listed, and all I got was That customer service was helping other customers at this time. Tried several more times using this method same outcome. I then proceeded to email, and all I got, Was an automated Message back. It would've been nice to be able to speak with a person. Sorry about the bad review, but this was very frustrating... all I wanted to do was an exchange and now it's too late as my 30 days are up. You don't make it easy for people out side of the USA

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
