The product doesnt shape ANYTHING at all and rolls down. False advertising! On top of that received only half my money back. Charged me a $6.95 return fee but won't let me rerurn. Told me to give away. Why would i give a product to someone else that isn't good. I wouldn't. Shame on shapermint!

The shipping took about a week. And had the wrong name but I finally got what I ordered.
1st time order pleased with this experience. Easy to follow online ordering system. Placing the order was simple, quick and easy all the way through to checkout. Then my order processed, shipped and delivered with in days. Truly a happy shopper.
Shapermint made good on the previous order by sending a replacement order which arrived a few days after the original order which allowed me to end with two because they didn't want a return. The product fits as advertised and I like the comfort of the material.

The size chart was not correct. I ordered my correct size according to the chart given, which is the size which I normally wear, but the bra I received was too tight. Customer service was great and gave me a larger size which fit perfectly. It is so soft and comfortable. Just wish their sizing chart were accurate so that there was not a delay.
