Your responsiveness is first class and your website is easy to use. My bra didn't fit properly and you immediately shipped me a smaller size. Unfortunately the smaller size is a bit too small and the straps fall down. I wouldn't buy truekind again. I need a product that has an adjustable strap.
I very satisfied with the high waisted shaper brief. However, the the other brief that sits on the waist I do not like at all. It's fine for snapping the tummy but the fat on your waist then hangs over the top. I feel that particular shaper brief is definitely made for someone who is thin around the waist and just needs to shape their tummy area. I disappointed that I bought 2 pair of them and I know I will never wear them. At least not at this point.

So I am old and have big boobs, I wanted to try the Shapermint no wire bras, well they didn't support me so well for out in public but r great around the house. But I did get a couple of the Bali underwire minimizer bras and they fix like second skin. So because I have big boobs dang wires r the only support that really works for this old lady. Shapermint worked with me over a couple of months trying to find a garment that works for me and fits me right. I switched sizes and products until I found what works. This happened over 6 products until I found the right one. Shipping was free for my returns and when so many had not worked, I was told to keep the products and give them away. Each time I worked with customer service they were FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend buying from them.

I initially purchased the high rise shorts but they rolled down on me in the back. I contacted Shapermint and the fit consultant and I decided that I am short-waisted and the high rise was too long. She suggested I try the midrise short and they worked great on me, like a high rise that fit! Unfortunately, I am waiting to be out of self-quarantine for this dang virus before I will get a chance to wear them out, but it was a great shopping experience!
