I have had great service up til now. I need to exchange some bras but getting hold of the customer service is very difficult because you have to leave your contact info with their virtual assistant and a live person will contact you within 3 working days. I did have one person contact me at a time where it was difficult to hear her because of traffic noise as well as her accent was very strong. I believe she said she would call back. I haven't heard from the company. I tried calling them and was able to leave a message on Friday. It's only Monday so hopefully in the next day or two, I will hear back. Their products are top notch and it's only because it's an online purchase that this is happening because customers have to guess the type and size!

My experience was not good but not bad either on the TV it show the women stomach flat as a pancake but my experience was nothing like that although you could tell the difference in the way your clothes fit.
The shapermint does not hold your belly in, the top rolls down and the bottom rolls up. I am almost afraid to buy the legging from your company
