Stay away from this company! I placed an order for two bras on Oct 16. After 6 weeks the tracking info stated that it was en route to be delivered. One week later it stated "attempted delivery" and was now being shipped back. My intercom is linked to my cell... there's no way an attempt was made and I was home. Then I find out the bras were shipped from two separate warehouses (China) and one is still to be delivered. Three weeks later I see that they attempted to deliver to a business... WTH! I spoke to an agent who advised me that I would receive a refund... two weeks later still no refund. I speak to an agent again online and told the refund was applied again. Two weeks later... still no refund! Now I'm being told the refund was applied to a card ending in 8412... I don't have a credit card ending in that number! I sent an email with a copy of my credit card statement which shows the purchase and credit card number. Was told they can only refund to the card it was purchased on even though I provided proof they got the wrong card number. I've given up trying to get my money. Clearly I'm not alone in being victimized by this company based on the comments. Again, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! You WILL regret it!

As of January 2022, shapermint does not ship. You can buy items online from them and they will take your money but they will not ship your items because they can't find a shipper.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and 1 pair of the shaper shorts after reading multiple reviews. I ordered my size based on their size charts. I ordered high waisted shaping leggings as well as active ones. I tried on the shaping ones first, they were comfortable enough and I feel like they'd stay up (not roll over) with long term wear... except they're see through. Upon closer inspection there was also a hole in the crotch. I tried the active leggings. Immediately upon getting them out of the package you can tell they will be see through. I gave it a shot anyway. This fabric was so thin, even more see through than the other pair and definitely not athletic or compression material. Ridicules. The shorts were ok, a little too big in the waist area but due to the crappy quality of both pants I just want a refund. Contacted the company. Could only find an option for an online chat. This person just kept repeatedly trying to get me to exchange instead of get a refund. Finally told me that to get a refund I have to pay a fee to return these items... items that were damaged and falsely advertised. Fine, I agree to the fee, now I have to wait for someone else to even approve the return! This is not good customer service. After reading other reviews of those who have returned items, now I'm worried if I'll even be approved for the return or get my money back once the items are returned to them. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Upon receiving my 2 bras I tried them on and yes they are extremely comfortable, but I felt I needed a size smaller as there wasn't enough lift and it kept riding up. I emailed company and they said I bought sale product that all sales are final. So now I have 2 bras that do not fit. Had it not been for this I would buy more product as it was very comfortable.

Please don't buy from this company. Bought 3 bras, order form says that they are return/exchangeable. A month goes by before I receive the bras. NOW company says they are on final sale and I cannot return or exchange. But they weren't on final sale when I bought them. Complete rip off. Company's customer service is automated and it took me 8 mins to get a person and 11 more for that person to look up the order. Looks like the company is based in Uraguay, not the USA, although their text claims to be"shipped from the USA". Also, they absolutely bombard you with emails and texts after your purchase. I mean literally many times a day. Seriously, stay away from this company, it's terrible.

I was skeptical ordering a wireless bra for someone my size but took a chance. (I am approx a size 40DD). The bra fits around but there is NO lift. It also makes me look like I have a uniboob. Was then informed that I had to check my account, without being told that I had to be "invited" to create an account to set one up in order to track my package. It is now November 2nd and I needed this for an event past due.
When getting into my account, was informed that it had been delivered October 17. Then told that it had arrived in Canada on October 1,2021. Finally when I confronted their appalling customer service, I was informed that it entered the country October 1,2021. All the while demanding a refund and not getting an answer that I would be refunded. There resolution is that when/if it arrives, they will give me 20% off. No opportunity for a refund for merchandise that NEVER arrived and they don't seem to mind that it never did. I have also come to learn that when becoming a member, you are charged a fee just to be a member. Needless to say, I have taken steps to ensure I will not be charged by this Charlatan of a company. Buyer beware! They are not even Better Business Accredited, but there are many reviews exactly like mine online. Shapermint seems like a great deal on the surface, but it's actually not. I was a first time buyer, if not just shapermint, but actually shapewear. I read the sizing guide, and chose the best size according to the chart. I tried one of the camis I ordered, did not like the fit, it constantly rode up at my hips, because I have a butt. Anyway, I decided to return the items, I expected to have to pay shipping, or a restock fee, but I actually paid way more than that. The company advertises hassle free returns and exchanges, what they mean is ONLY exchanges. They want you to keep the items or exchange for different items, so, they entice you buy only returning a smaller amount of your original purchase price. Let's be honest, no one reads return policies, because hassle free usually means hassle free. This company is dishonest, and is a company you may actually want to take the time to read the policy. Otherwise, you'll get gypped. Definitely not worth the hype or investment.

I'm not happy when a company has no phone number to call for customer service. I have tried for over an hour to return an item because it's the wrong size and it's not happening. I bought the leggings, omg there is NO comfort, WHERES THE SPANDEX, it was like trying to pull up jeans. JUST FREAKIN AWLFUL. The material is even horrible! They sent my package with the correct items listed on the outside of the package but completely different items inside (eg, I'm 3X by their sizing and received a package of SM underwear)
They refunded me for the value of the items I ordered but didn't receive, but initially refused to cover the nonrefundable customs tax and handling fee, so I paid $50 USD for the displeasure of recieving absolutely none of my order.
UPDATE: After a lot of back and forth, Shapermint shipped me two items of roughly equal value to the customs fees I paid for the incorrect items. The two items arrived and the wireless bra is great. The leggings are great quality, but they fit a big compared to my measurements. I'd go down a size if I order again, and I'll propably do so because the products I finally recieved are true to advertising.

Upon asking for a refund, bc I need the bra sooner than their expected shipment, the "nice" agent became dismissive. Told me I'd get my money back in 5-10 business days. Most all companies are 3-5 business days. Then she cut me off before I could say another word. These ppl are only NICE when you're ordering. God forbid you need the product sooner than they can accommodate and you ask for a refund! I've never purchased a wireless bra and was extremely skeptical to begin with.
