I've ordered and received many products with very minimal issues. Customer service was ALWAYS professional, understanding and helpful in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this order took a number of communication with customer service. Finally received my order in about three weeks.

This is by far the best shapewear I have owned. Thank you for creating quality products to help women feel more confident in their clothing. Also, customer service is polite, professional and resolved any issues I had.

The fit was fine, however the opening to use the bathroom was extremely small. Also as soon as I put them on I developed a tear on the leg. So all in all I'm extremely disappointed in this product. My first time being disappointed with a shapellx item. So I'm just taking it as a loss!

I love the idea but the size is so small, I can barely breathe getting it on. Prevents me from wearing it. Hard to use going to the bathroom without getting it wet :(

My first package initially got lost as the delivery carrier improperly delivered to my apartment, causing my package to get stolen. I contacted customer service & they were quick to issue me a new shipment, except this time requested it be delivered to my parents. My package arrived within 3 days! Quality wise of the bras & waist trainer is amazing! I will definitely buy more!

I ordered these nice stretchy pants from Shapellx and I received my order on time. Pants are of good quality, give a nice shape and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Four stars because of the delivery service. Good product, extremely bad delivery service. Package was left in a public area, not even at the mailbox and could have been stolen.

Mon expérience est très décevant je n'ai pas eu la gaine que je voulais pour le prix que j'ai payé la gaine n'a pas d'anti-roulant et ne serre pas le ventre comme dans la publicité je voulais faire la promotion mais je suis trop trop trop déçu du produit je regrette toute cette expérience je ne comprends comment il n'a pas de bande anti-deroulant sur ma gaine et ça ne compresse pas le ventre comme dit dans la publicité je vois note un gros zéro. Merci je suis vraiment déçue.

Trying to exchange two items and return 1, required back and forth emails, they sent forms. I apparently filled them out wrong so they denied the return/exchange. I tried to resubmit and now I'm getting no answer. Also to return you have to pay $8.
I will say I got the full body shapers with the tights and they are awesome! But for the other items I can't wear and can't exchange/return it outweighs the positives of those body shapers. Shapewear is hard to fit even with a size chart, they need to improve this process.
Also while I'm waiting on responses about the return I keep getting messages about eating them and accepting the order, hence this review.

Shapellx products do not disappoint. I was very pleased with the fit and look of the products I purchased. My only problem was I think I need to go up on my bra size but that was my fault.

Very tight but didn't make a huge difference. I think others will like it though. But after just a few minutes I was very uncomfortable and couldn't imagine sitting down in that under my wedding dress digging into my ribs all evening. And the butt lift doesn't lift my butt looked the same. I'm not very big so maybe that's why? But it will smooth you out with your same shape if you at least want to look smooth but you won't look skinny if that's what you're hoping

I received my order. Wasn't happy been trying to get my money back. Have returned the product at my own expense. Still waiting for my refund. Please I'm tired of the hassle.im in tears please just give me back my money. I'm on a fixed income splurged to get the product. Please just refund my money

So glad I made the decision to buy this shaper! I was really worried about it fitting since I've gained so much weight, but it really worked and snatched me up for a special occasion. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

It snatched my body. I ordered a small. I'm 138-140 lbs, 5 '3' for reference. I do wish there was a second row of hooks so I could make the stomach area smaller but overall I loved it and would definitely recommend. I wore it under a tight dress for a wedding and it was very comfortable.

I placed my order at the beginning of the month and with life getting so busy I realized weeks later that I never received my order. I emailed customer service and they shipped out their product immediately and I had it within no time.

Only issue i have is the price for shipping from usa which i can't really complain about as it came quicker than expected. The product is PHENOMENAL im a uk size 16 and both the jumpsuit in a medium and it fits and sucks everything in. I have a curvy figure, boobs bum and no stomach but thighs so i was really scared that this wouldn't fit. But it stretches like crazy. Definitely worth the money and will be buying more. I've bought 3 of their high waisted leggings also off of their tik tok shop also was NOT disappointed. Great product
