I always have a problem checking out on this site which causes me to miss out on the items I be wanting to purchase! Which really upsets me every time. So I've purchased a to big item so I can exchange it later. Hopefully I won't have an issue doing so! Maybe the next person who reaches out to me will be nicer and more helpful also! I would prefer a size Large in Black of the shape wear I purchased today.
Contacted customer service got the run around and finally told them after trying to pay additional money to send the product back. At this point I'm not going to worry about the damaged item that I received from your company I spent quite a bit of money for the purchase and I'm handicap and it would be very hard to try to go to the post office to pay more money for shipping and I'm unable to stand for long periods of time that's why I purchased the girdles to help pull me up. So I'm just gonna take this as a lost thanks for your assistance.

100% fit Guarantee untrue and misleading. The Return policy excludes bras even though on the product pages it states their is a 60 day fit guarantee. Bras are extremely hard to find that fit well. Unfortunately that was the case with bras purchased from Shapellx. I had a lot of hope they would work and they don't. I went through the process to return only to realize they do not accept returns for bras! Now I am out over $100 dollars with bras that do not fit that are brand new and were only tried on! Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Great selection of shape wear, I couldn't decide what to get
Site was not as user friendly; continued to crash. I had to redo my cart multiple times. The shapewear had excellent reviews. I was very excited to try them only for the body suit to rip as I was trying it on. Bathing suit is not true to size and did not fit tho the quality of the bathing suit was great. Overall, save your money. Would not recommend.
My experience so far has been somewhat Ok. Customer service was superb on my return/exchange request. Items were delivered within a reasonable time frame.
My only slight issue is that items I ordered with the aim of snatching my core/midsection and smoothing slight folds/bulges on my sides are not as effective for firmer skin structure in the mid section as it must be for persons with softer. However I believe products with ribs would solve these issues for persons with firmer and more solid core skin structures.
Also the Items with Frontal Zips can only be used on certain types of clothing, inverted zips may be a solution. All in all the quality and useability of products are good, but could be best.

Easy to shop. Everything is great except I believe mines was smaller then stated. I tried to get in and had to fight my way into it and pulled my shoulder out of place.
