It was quick and easy to order my item. The plus size wrap band is definitely long enough and wide enough. It definitely takes some practice getting it where you want it to be. My husband says he can see a difference when I wear it. Now he want one for himself lol.

Super easy shopping. But it took almost 2 weeks for the item to be shipped out after I call to see why my package hadn't been shipped and received a message the next day saying it will be shipped out in the next few days. And it was. It took about 3 1/2 weeks for the package to arrive.
I should have brought an XL instead of a L but it still fit ok. NY daughter had to help me get it hooked on lol was comfortable for the night.
I just purchased and am updating about my items... Everything fits perfectly, no discomfort. I would suggest going half size to whole size up. I did half size up and it's perfect. I'm now exercising, and look forward to purchasing again to an even smaller size!
