I firmly alert against drawing in with SFM, as my experience proposes they work as a trick organization. Be careful about any contribution, as it might bring about monetary misfortune and negative outcomes.

Note: I did this on account of the severe arrangement here and truly I simply need to help whatever number individuals as would be prudent to get their cash back.
I contacted SFM.com people on 25 July 2023 due their offer was attractive to incorporate in BVI. They charged my credit card immediately for USD 2,204.09 dollars. But SFM sent me a reply their service can not incorporate with a specific activity requirement by my bank. So due SFM is not performing and not working even I said and wrote this very clear in the submission form I ve requested the refund. Now their contacts are vanishing saying out of office etc.
Till now, never not seen a refund even a coin back. SCAMMERS. I realize this too late.
Well, SFM is an ordinary scam. If you see a good review think twice...
I paid them Euro 960 on June 17,2021 and today is July 8,2021. No company, no refund, just blah blah blah, our legal department blah blah blah... In fact, that is their illegal department... Have already reported them in Geneva Police, in Dubai Police, and now prepare a case with the top commercial law office in Europe. Until I see these scams in jail.

I was about to fill in my credit card information at the last page of the application, then i thought it was suspicious that they wanted me to pay up front.
So i googled this company, and sure enough it is just a scam!

SFM is fast to collect money. But then nothing happens. Everyday one gets a new request of documentation, a set of questions. On return, always a new excuse. "No, we meant Lawyer", we answered the same questions 6 times, then requests to have a passport "translated to English"... it´s laughable. Once we had enough (one month on), we asked for a refund. The so called *, Client Relationship Manager was responding: "I will pass your request to the Legal team and you will be contacted in the next 4-5 weeks."... Guess what? Nothing.So now starts the fraud case against SFM. Stay away, the are scammers.

It appears to be a scam. Sent $2,000 then they requested a lot of personal information and documents that were not mentioned as required during the "simple" application process. Was not comfortable sending the info via unsecured upload/email and asked for a refund. It has been over 90 days and it still has not been processed nor have any service been rendered, and it appears they have blacklisted my email address as it is getting rejected now.
If they just sent a refund then all would be fine, but the fact that they are being evasive makes me believe their services are a scam and everyone should avoid using SFM Offshore.
There scammers stole US$4,500 from us. Placed an order, paid, then got a load of excuses why they couldn't fulfill the order. Asked for a refund, they refused. We chased and chased, nothing. We got a lawyer to write a letter, they promised to refund $500 and deliver what we paid for, then nothing. Total scammers, do not use
In my opinion this company is a scam. After six weeks I only got an email that my service is not serviceable. I never got a refund. I filed a complain at the police already and this company is well known in Germany. Stay back!
After paying 2500 USD for a corporate service (company + bank account) and waiting 6 months, after have provided the full list of documents, they have not opened me any bank account and they have stopped to respond my emails, they are a fraudulent website, please stay away from this bad bad bad webiste.
They requested a lot of information and I immediately cancelled the service but they refuse to give me back the money that I had paid with my credit card.

Annual renewal fees are outrageous, they try to trap you with lower initial fees; when I tried to transfer to another agent, they attempted to rip me off one last time by charging a Transfer Out fee of EUR750, for literally doing nothing. STAY AWAY, look for other service providers!
They changed their domain name from sfm-offshore.com to sfm.com. Some years ago, I have ordered a Seychelles company. Just after placing the order, the representative of SFM located in DubaÏ took a 15-day leave. Then, after 15 days, I have sent all the administrative papers they asked me to send. At some point they contacted me pretending that the signatures were different on two papers. So, I contacted them saying that I have signed every paper. According to them, the signatures were not identical. They sent me a page asking me to declare that I changed my signature. I understood at this point that I was scammed. I lost 1500 euros. They were really good players. They answered slowly to make it as painful as possible.
Additionnally, be cautious about the fake reviews of SFM on the internet. You can see reviewers who only posted 1 review. I think those ones are fake. By the way, to this date, I haven't received an invoice.
UPDATE 2022:
In the SFM, they said they could not locate my information in their system. It is normal I didn't answer their request to provide my details. I don't want to get my money back and delete this message. I prefer people to know what SFM is about.

I paid them to open business bank account. They recommended a bank which don't open business accounts for new offshore companies, i asked refund and they refused to give my money back

Web site write 2 days compalete all but i wait 90 days for company + bank account + internet merchand account but not complate any thinsk. I want refund my money not make any money and not accept any refund. My lawyer contact and give crime case for Dubai police department, interpol / europol and swiss police depat. For fraud
