I purchased this plugin in February in order to restore my site from a backup made using the free version of the plugin. After several tries of what should have been a straightforward restore process the import kept on failing. Consulted forums and all solutions recommended did not work. Luckily I had made a backup using a different plugin and was able to restore that one without incident.

Of course when I requested a refund they did not give me one.

Some reviews have been scathing about this company but I had an excellent experience with them. I had to buy the extension for large sites and that comes with support - and what great support I got!

My initial query, and all other correspondence, was responded to within minutes; it was polite, helpful and explained what they were doing at each stage, and they sorted it while working 24/7 - my query was taken over by another engineer if the original one went off shift, and this was over a weekend.

Maybe they have been making an effort to improve - it's certainly paid off.

I could not have solved the issue without their help, so will recommend them very highly if asked.

We contacted the sales team right now and sent over 4 messages, waiting for replies about 20 or 30 minutes and the (NON) productive sales team never got back to us.

We lost time, which we could have spent working, ServMask is not serious about time management.

I will not recommend this product to any one. After paying $69 in order to import a bigger file to restore my website the file keeps pausing at 60.69% and then fails.

After bringing this to their support teams attention the are unhelpful and unwilling to assist, refuses to provide a refund, dont ask for information to try and assist in any way.

They are now ignoring my a\emails as they cannot explain what I paid for as this product clearly does not what it is intended to do. What a scam.

This product does not work as advertised. Once you pay additional $69 for sites over 250MB, the application will back-up and prepare the files for download but it times-out and won't download the files forcing you to buy an extension for additional money. It is a bait and switch to lure a user in and then upsell them on additional extension software. It may do the job on small websites with inexperienced web developers but this is not for serious WP developers. I was trying to save some time…. My mistake. When emailing for support they said they would respond within 48 hours. They closed the case with not response because they said I didn't respond. Then after sending screen shots of the error, still no response. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. When requesting assistance I was told to never contact them again and I wouldn't receive any support! They are threatening and fraudulent. Buyer beware!
