They cancelled my All-in-One WP Migration lifetime licence I fully paid for. The boss of the company answered me by email that they do not plan to enable my lifetime licence again:
"you will not be able to update it nor download it from our website".

I insist… I've fully paid for it, and they cancelled it (no refund, nothing).

Yes, they keep the money, and then close access to the All-in-One WP Migration services. It even tell in their All-in-One WP Migration Terms:
"we may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason"

Read again:

"For Any Reason!"

How you call that?;-)

I sent many additional emails to the All-in-One WP Migration support, no more answer.

My public tweets did NOT make them react more than the dozens of bad reviews Servmask In & All-in-One WP Migration gets everywhere.
They absolutely do not care about their "All-in-One WP Migration reviews", or their reputation, or the customer satisfaction, because the free plugin All-in-One WP Migration is number one on WordPress.org. But All-in-One WP Migration on WordPress.org also get some bad reviews about the practices of this company.

I am not used to publishing bad reviews, but I am not going to let them get richer from the poor people who don't get the service they paid for.

Keeping the money but shutting down the service, how do you call that?

If you plan to send money there, I advise you:
Use the FREE All-in-One WP Migration plugin if you like, but if you don't want to be disappointed, you should avoid at all cost to give any penny at the Servmask Inc company.

There are many other easy ways than All-in-One WP Migration to migrate (large) WordPress websites for free.

Remember that if a free WordPress plugin like All-in-One WP Migration looks cool at front;
Behind the paid premium version, companies could have very bad practices. Read the Terms, read the Refund Policy, search and read Reviews carefully everywhere. Reviews of All-in-One WP Migration.

Update 31 October about my "All-in-One WP Migration review":

I forgot this story for a while, but now, they use their Trustpilot account to ask my information (reference ID, email, phone…) maybe for trying to report and remove my "All-in-One WP Migration review". Because they just claimed their Trustpilot profil. And because it seems that finally ServMask Inc. discovered their Trustpilot profil rank on the request "All-in-One WP Migration review".

So they start to harass me about my stolen money, 4 months later! It's fully part of my experience with Servmask Inc. I just want to forget them, and now, they harass me… Not To Help Me resolving our dispute. No! Just to clean their Trustpilot profil and trying to remove my honest review. They seem to really want I publish more and more bad reviews about their shady practices.

You know All-in-One WP Migration…:

Not refund was not the problem.

The problem was not refund AND cancel a subscription (lifetime updates of the product All-in-One WP Migration), and also, laughing at me saying me because you will not refund me, and you win the PayPal dispute.

For a product called "All-in-One WP Migration UNLIMITED EXTENSION" it's quite ironic is not it?;-)

Now, I expect a full refund of All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension because this company makes me suffer from so many stressed, I just want to forget them forever and never use their product All-in-One WP Migration again.

Give back the money if you expect I give you more stars; editing my review and stopping giving bad reviews about All-in-One WP Migration around me, all time that I can!

Hello, Where should I start...

First of all, why is there no ZERO star rating?

I stay this as all the 5-star rating is the exact opposite of my experience of the terrible customer service of SERVmask and WP All in one migration too plugin I bought.

My dissatisfaction has occurred as they don't respond to any of my emails asking for an explanation and refund of service their plugin was never working and able to provide and they did not want to help e with making work.

I wanted to use the WP migration plugin and was prompted to upgrade as I had a big website to migrate. I tried to do itself and then contacted customer service to get help and they directed me. But it still did not work and then they said I had to contact Godaddy who are my providers to get help to do get them to help me to do the FTP transfer they were not able to help me with. At that time the product I had bought had not done any transfer or worked.

Instead of getting assistance from servmask I had to spend 2 x 3 hours with different GODADDy support technicians wh also did not manage to do the transfer as it was very complicated. They also told me that the solution servmask had suggested to me was not appropriate as quite complex to use. And as I finally had to ask and pay them to do the transfer for me. Which cost mi 69 GBP same price as I paid for the plugin that had never worked.

I, therefore, asked for a full refund explaining my case of nonuse and them not helping me, but have not had any listening ears from customer service - just sending standard response they don't offer any refund on any digital products sold.

My point is that the product sold did not work for me and they were not able to assist me in getting it to work and I have never used the plugin for anything, so their customer service may surely prefer to do a refund for a customer who they were not able to assist instead of having of forcing the unhappy customer to spread bad review wherever it is possible?

As of today I have no response whatsoever from any of the latest emails I have sent them and can only not recommend their services on the highest level - hence my desire to give a zero star.

I find this kind of attitude extremely unprofessional and do hope a public outing will inspire them to reconsider their approach to customer service and seek a resolution in favor of my query of a refund.

Especially as they were not able to assist/help in making the non-working plugin product work and preferred to send me to Godaddy who had people helping me for 4-5 hours on chat etc.

I remain of course at their disposal for an amicable resolve and refund but as I am not very optimistic for the outcome I just want to share my dissatisfies experience in public space wherever it is possible

What you need to know about All-in-One WP Migration and ServMask.
All in One Migration:
All in one let you believe it packs your complete site for migration. It does not deliver an install program that unpacks and installs your compressed site at your new location.
You first need to install WordPress on your new site and then import. Problem can be that the new WordPress will be the most recent and it is not sure that all your plugins will work with this. It is not really a migration but restoring a backup in a new environment and many things can go wrong!
After installing WordPress at the new location and adding and activating their plugin I tried to import my site bigger than 500mb. But the plugin refused because the size is to big. In the mean time my site was down because the nameservers were pointing already to the new location needed for the SSL to be active. Bypass all upload size restriction, they wrote in their description but what they don't tell you is that you need to buy the tool if you want to upload a big site. I felt a bit blackmailed. This was not mentioned. But my site was down so, I paid, on their site, not a secure gateway provider! (NEVER DO WHAT I DID). I've downloaded the pro tool, but it did not work as expected. My site was a mess pictures missing, links not working. Just a disaster.
All-in-One WP Migration is also presented as a backup solution. But you only can create a backup manually. There is no schedular. And after what I've experienced, I would not trust these backups either.
All-in-One WP Migration did not work for me. So I have removed this plugin and used Duplicator Pro which did the job in minutes.
Also ServMask, the company behind the tool, does not give refunds. You don't get your money back.
What should make you suspicious is that nor their website nor their terms and conditions mention their address. You don't know where they are located. Therefore whatever they do is against international law.
My conclusion is that this is a scam. They take your money in a way they possess all your credit card information and don't deliver a properly working tool.
May advice: STAY AWAY!
