This is a paid site. It cost about $80.00 to join. I have a nice profile up with attractive photos, I am female and get a lot of responses... but clearly, the site does not personalize people's profiles what-so-ever. I don't even go on the site any more; it's pointless. Here are the issues:
1. They send "matches" to me of men who are the exact opposite of what I specify I am looking for.
2. I specify in my profile for these men NOT to send me canned messages or respond if they don't have a photo. I put this at the end of my profile so I know if they read my profile or not. Well... I get tons of canned messages and responses from guys with no photos. I delete all of them because they did not bother to read my profile.
3. Many men send the same canned inquiry to me 2,3, and even 6 times.
4. They have inane topics on there like whether someone likes my photo, who has viewed me or made me a favorite. Who cares?
5. There are men on the site who are unable to spell, as if they have not graduated from the third grade.

I have been on SeniorsMeet since June 9,2015. I am very disappointed with the selection of men their filtering system selects for me. I pay good money and expect a lot more than I am getting. I am sent 3-5 matches daily - these matches do not even come close to fitting my profile requirements – most of them are out of state - like 1-3,000 miles away. The complaint I have is: the men they have chosen are different ethnicity, different religion, too short – under 5'6', too old – in their 80's, with different interests than mine. My basic and advanced search and profile clearly specifies what I am searching for and the men they sent to me do not in any way match this search criteria. Also, when I do the search myself, I always get the same people that I received when I started.

Every time I go on the site, I find that my data or preferences have been changed. I should not have to put in this information every time I go onto the site. One man on my prospective candidates was convicted for exposing himself to young girls on two occasions. One man that I did meet had been married five times and appears to have a major daily drinking problem. I clearly stated on my profile that I was not interested in drinking alcohol on a daily basis and that information was removed from my profile. Also, there are no clear instructions on how to navigate the site and make sure that the preferences are properly filtered.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed and am NOT at all pleased with SeniorsMeet.com. I would certainly NEVER recommend this sight to anyone. All they appear to be interested in is the money, and the service I am receiving for my money is TERRIBLE. I sincerely hope someone reads this email and that changes will be made. Hopefully, I have removed all of my information and have also removed the automatic renewal.

Now I need to CALL my credit card company and make sure that this company is PERMANENTLY REMOVED from placing charges to my account and that I receive a credit for the cancelled membership.

My rating is NO stars, but it will not accept it so I have to give it one star!
