Spending over an hour on the phone answering questions I received notice that the time period for this coverage had expired. Why wasn't I told this before I answered all questions. Rep was very good but train them to let people know there is no coverage available at this time. It's closed
I get 25 to 30 calls a day from fake numbers. Senior helathcare direct pays those companies to call you!
Those lead generating companies do not honor the do not call list, do not stop calling. Call from random numbers so you can't block them.
Do not do business with Senior HealthCare Direct until they publicly announce they have stopped using these services. 1-17-25

Three years ago my husband and I moved from Louisiana to Mississippi. Being unfamiliar with anything concerning healthcare in Mississippi, we began researching Medicare online. I talked with 5 different Medicare advisors over a three day period and selected to use Mark as he was the most personable and did not pressure me at all. This says a lot since an immediate family member of mine actually works for Tranzact ( not in insurance sales though) and two of the agents i spoke with were employed with Tranzact at different locations and pushing two different providers. I had a few more questions and Mark returned my call immediately and then walked through my application line by line. I have learned a lot about Medicare...but even more about advisors. And am extremely happy that i chose Mark and Senior Health Care Direct to represent me.
My first experience with Medicare Bob was quite an eye opener. It didn't take long to see that they are experts at what they do. My wife and I chose Plan G for our supplemental coverage. I informed Medicare Bob of my current carrier giving us over a 56% increase in premiums over a 3 year period. This was most puzzling since we have had no major issues. Mediacar Bob was most helpful in finding a new carrier with very acceptable premiums still under Plan G. They are great to work with!
My experience with Tammy at Senior Healthcare was excellent. She is very professional and knows her stuff. I saved a substantial amount of money on one plan and received reassurance that my other plan (which Senior set me up on two years ago) was still the most cost effective plan for me! Couldn't have asked for better service from a more pleasant professional!
I worked with Tammy Ballard. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get a new medigap plan with over a $200.00 savings per year over my previous plan with the same benefits. I have recommended many of my relatives and friends contact Ms Ballard when they are preparing to retire or just need more affordable senior medical insurance. I first worked with her in 2016 when I was preparing to retire and needed senior medical insurance for my now deceased husband. She made everything easy and we didn't have to worry about medical bills in his final months.
I dealt with Scott Rush. He was very professional and personable. I was nervous about having to apply for a medicare supplement plan. He put me at ease immediately. He explained everything I should know. If not for Scott and Medicare Bob, I may have chosen the wrong plan. I feel good now that I made an informed decision.

Answer: Someone answers the phone promptly. The issue is the lack of knowledge and assumptions drawn by the people answering the phone. They usually take over the conversation instead of listening. Then draw an irrelevant conclusion. Look
Answer: It is a new plan that does not deduct a premium from the client.
