Ok I used this web site before. I got my payments just fine. But there was times when the price they quoted for a game was never given to me and the game was returned several weeks later and they denied the transaction for no reason. Then another time when I had used another shipping label to ship the games back to them and the payment took like 2 weeks. I had to leave multiple messages on their machine but it was taken care of. Now their web site is down, we can all assume this guys behind bars where he needs to be.

've never really had a problem with this site. I have sent items to them 3 times now and have received payment for 2 of them - my first shipment was denied because the UPC codes did not match but this was my fault as I should have checked before sending them off - they promptly returned the games back to me. As long as you follow their guidelines (make sure the UPC's match, include the case for CD/DVD games, make sure the consoles work and include the adapters etc) you shouldn't have a problem. You might have to email them to check on the status of the shipment but that is the only issue I have come across so far. Their prices, especially for the consoles, are the best I've seen next to eBay.

I changed my review from 4 stars to 2. I had a good run with this guy but I guess it has ended. From 05/2015 to 02/2016 I had nine successful transactions, some of them only took 7-10 days including shipping time to receive paypal payment and others took almost a month. One of my last transactions included sending two PS2 systems and some accessories. Everything was accepted accept one of the PS2's - it was sent back to me with no explanation why. I tested the system and it was fine. I recently sent another PS2 a few weeks ago but have not heard anything - I confirmed it was delivered. I am confident that I will EVENTUALLY receive the payment, or he will send the PS2 back, however my biggest issue with this guy is his non existent communication - like all the other reviews, I have sent numerous emails and have not received a response. I really wouldn't have any problems if he just communicated like a real business should. The quote is going to take a month or so to process? Fine, just tell me. Something is wrong with the PS2 I sent and its being returned to me? Fine, just tell me... I really like the actions of one of the reviewers... send a box of rocks using the pre-paid shipping label until you receive payment.

I had basically given up but I was finally paid for 1 of my orders today through PayPal. No contact or communication but they did submit full payment on 1 quote... well over 2 months after receipt of items. Obviously would not recommend but hopefully others are being paid as well. Inexpensive lesson on checking reviews!

I have not received any communication after numerous emails and phone calls.
I have filed a police report with Austin Police Department as well as an internet fraud case with the IC3 of the FBI.
Affiliated websites seem to be under the company of Rerun Media. Recommend not to use any of these sites.

Websites seem to be under a proxy company DomainsByProxy.com and hosted by godaddy.com. Neither would provide any alternate contact or personal information without a subpeona.
If anyone has personal accounts they would be willing to add to either case or any information that may help the PD or FBI locate and prosecute the individuals responsible, please email anything you have to: *******@gmail.com and I will update the proper people. Individual/s running the company, email, phone numbers, addresses, email or phone communication, etc. would be extremely helpful.
Not sure if anyone will get items or restitution but hopefully those responsible will be charged. I am happy to create a group email and update anyone interested.

Submitted multiple orders and have not been contacted or updated after 3 weeks. Tracking number shows received and picked up by "agent for all items.
Multiple emails have been sent requesting an update via reply to tracking as well as contact from the website.
Has anyone set up legal recourse yet?
