My experience with Sellbroke.com was great! The process through their site was very easy to understand. Overall the process went smooth. They sent me a shipping label and a quote regarding what they would pay for my old/broken laptops. I shipped them my electronics and once they received the package, I was paid within a day. Would recommend 100% if you have broken electronics laying around and need some extra cash.

It was an easy process to obtain the quote online, shipped with the label provided. They assessed the item once it's received and offered a great price. It is to be noted that, the price they offered is much better than the price on Amazon Trade-In or Best Buy Trade-in. The payment was made immediately.

Sellbroke contacted me and now it's clear that it was a misdelivery and they didn't receive the device.
Nevertheless, Sellbroke promise to pay me what was agreed in the order. That's a very generous action.
I will still choose SellBroke in the future.

I sent my laptop to them several weeks ago. I kept watching the courier service and made sure it got delivered to them (See attached tracking says it was delivered and signed for by KKORSON). However, there had been no update for several weeks.

I recently sent a laptop with broken keys and instantly got sent a quote for $85. As soon as I sent my laptop and they received it on a Saturday but I didn't get an email. I soon realized that the store was closed, on the next business day I received an email only a few hours after I woke up. The email told me a check had been sent and will arrive in about a week, I have never seen such a fast response and hope I have another device to sell. :)

They got my laptop and sent me the full quote! They got and the day after dispersed payment. Good company

At first I was a little skeptical but all the positive reviews I read really helped out. I needed to buy a new computer and also had some old laptops around and thought why not, and it was a really great experience! It's nice to know my laptops will be used and won't be collecting dust and I also got the money through PayPal in less than 24 hours. I'll definitely use SellBroke again when I have other electronics!

Second time I've sold to these guys and with the exception of the laptop getting unexpectedly delayed, the whole process went just as smooth. I was paid the exact quote a day after my laptop arrived.
Nothing much to add. It's a really simple process.

Sent in my all-in-one computer with a prepaid label. It was delivered this morning and payment has been submitted to my Paypal account this afternoon. Super pleased.

I sent my Macbook Pro to sellbroke the beginning of December after I personally screwed up my device. I was quoted $174 for the computer, a lot more than other websites like gazelle. I was getting nervous because I hadn't heard anything and it got confirmation that they received my device. I sent an email today (12/30) not expecting to hear back for a few days because of the holidays and they got back to me within the hour. They confirmed they got my package and the money was in my account in less than two hours after that. I had a great experience with Sellbroke.com and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

It took them less than 12 hours from the moment they received my device to post the money into my paypal.
The whole selling experience was great: search the device, get a quote, get the shipping label, ship the device and just wait for couple of days to get paid.
I sold a 2012 MacBook Air and I got 6 times of what Apple estimated!
The quote was also very fair. They saved me time and money. Highly recommend and will be using them again myself.
