Getting a quote was easy. Quoted a decent value for my 3 year old laptop. Sent a shipping label right away. Had to provide my own shipping box, which is a little bit of pain. Received the exact quoted amount one day after the laptop was delivered to them. Overall a Fast and good experience.

Finally i was able to sell my laptop for a reasonable price. I got the best value for my used laptop and also the process was easy and smooth. I would come back to them if i have to sell a device. They are genuine and easy to work with.

There shouldn't be a separate section for cosmetic condition if the functionality of the device somehow effects the cosmetic quality. Had a bad battery which I told them and then when the device was received was told that effects my cosmetic condition. That obviously doesn't make sense.

I have sold 2 computers to SellBroke and have been very impressed with the quick payment.

One was fairly new & had a lot of RAM and hard drive space. I was hoping to get a little more for it, but it had a couple recurring problems over the last couple years. I was happy a pro was evaluating it as I didn't want to sell to a private buyer. Hopefully, they can refurbish it for someone.

The other one was older so anything I got for it was great. I was happy it didn't just go to a landfill.

The process they have for sending it back was as easy as dropping it off at FedEx. In both cases, FedEx took their time getting the packages there, but SellBroke got back to me within a day of receiving them. I couldn't have asked for me.

I was offered $100 less than my online quote because SellBroke.com said that all 3(!) of my computers that I mailed in had "bad batteries", even though they all functioned perfectly well and had excellent battery charge holds. I followed up with the company and they said that the number of battery cycles for all 3 machines was too high (439 cycles, 1039 cycles and 1500 cycles).

All older used laptops will have a high number of charging cycles and it is assumed that sellbroke.com would have already factored that price reduction into the quoted price, based on the age of the computer.

In future, I recommend that SellBroke.com tell people on their website that their batteries must have under X # of charging cycles to get full price, or should amend their quote generator to factor in that information. Not disclosing this information on the website, in the FAQ, or on the quote generator is suspicious and can give customers the idea that the business is fraudulent.

Love doing business with SellBroke. I sold a Dell laptop a few years ago, and a day after they received it I got the money through PayPal. In 2022, I sold a slightly used HP and after they received it, emailed me the condition wasn't the best so they had to lower the payout which was totally fine. The prices they pay is above any other business/website I could find regardless. If you want to skip the headache of selling on craigslist/FB marketplace, then SellBroke is my recommendation.

I wanted to sell my laptop and checked many buyers for my laptop but sellbroke came out the highest in payment. It has an easy 3 step process and I received a good deal from them and the money came in fast. No hidden fees and no drama after shipping. I'll definitely use SellBroke again when I have other electronics and would also recommend to my friends.

I sent my laptop in before Christmas and never received payment. Tried calling, leaving voice mails, emailing and nothing. Started to give up because they don't care about customers or reviews so might as well be honest, DO NOT send anything there. Once you get a label, you basically signed the dotted line to be scammed. If someone knew how to pick up a phone I might feel a little bit more confident in their restitution process, but at this point it's hopeless.

Got a new computer just before Christmas that I really didn't need, since my old computer was working fine. I found SellBroke while looking for somewhere to sell my old computer, an HP all-in-one. I really didn't want to jack with trying to sell my computer, so I contacted SellBroke and told them what I had. I received a quote from them the same day. I felt that their offer was probably a little less than what the computer was worth, but I considered the time of year (just before Christmas) and the fact that it would take weeks or months to sell it myself. Besides, they made the process so easy. I shipped my old computer to them a week before Christmas and received the payment they offered today (Jan. 4th). My experience with them has been a positive one and would do business with them again.

Started out great. Easy…prepaid shipping—was the only place that took my all in one desktop computer. But never received any further emails/confirmation/money. Sent an email about 3 weeks after I knew it had been delivered. No response. Finally, had to call—found out the confirmation emails come from a different address than Sellbroke. Com—and the address they reported as sender still wasn't anywhere to be found. Settled on a slightly lower price than expected over the phone (apparently we have a difference of opinion on "like new"). Did receive the electronic email link quickly (Zelle) after phone call, but that also comes from a different business name and never got the receipt directly from the business. Glad I was persistent! Beware to look for different business names/emails (and none of this is noted in the original email/order receipt)! Be prepared to call!

They made the shipping process very easy (with no cost) and I got my money within just a week after shipping my broken laptop! Very happy.

I have no regrets about doing business with this company. I researched various companies to find out what I could get for my computer and sellbroke.com was one of the 2 choices I narrowed down to. I finally decided on sellbroke because of the reviews that they received. I believed, based on other's review of this company, that I would be treated fairly and that the company was legit. Both are true. I was treated fairly. The quote they provided was very reasonable. In fact it was much better than several of the other companies that I researched, but I did not make my decision solely on the amount of the quote. I also wanted to do business with a company that I could trust. Sellbroke came through! Even though I was slightly uncomfortable sending my computer to them only because I'd never done business with them before, I did it and I am glad that I did. They received my computer and honored the quoted price. Best of all, I received an email from them on the very same day that the computer was delivered to them. They confirmed receipt and told me that my check was in the mail! They mailed the check to me on the same day! I was happy about this but still felt that I'd be cautiously optimistic about everything until I had the check in my hand. Well here it is 5 days later and the check is in my hand! Sellbroke did exactly what they said they'd do and they did it in a very timely fashion. I could not be more pleased. I will not hesitate to do business with them again. Nor will I hesitate to let others know about my wonderful experience with them.

I found this site after looking at a few others and found it to be the best one's they'll give you a quote and having more options for what you can sell to them plus there's free shipping.

I had no issues with this company. They gave me a pretty good deal on an older touchscreen laptop and a 2-in-1 with a broken screen. Over 100 dollars, which I definitely didn't expect. Would recommend them, just make sure you include the charging cables and try to make it easier on them by doing a factory reset!

I sold my laptop with a bad battery to them, but otherwise was in great condition still. After 2 weeks of not payment and no word from them after FedEx confirmed delivery, I reached out to find out what happened. They responded fairly quick saying the laptop was reviewed and had a bad graphics card which reduced the offer to only $40 (less than 1/4 their original offer). I replied I forming them the graphics card was in working condition prior to shipping and questioning when they were planning on informing me of this change and then the next day they replied saying it was actually working fine after looking again. So I got what I was quoted, but am highly skeptical I would have gotten anything if I didn't reach out and that I would have gotten my full value if I hadn't fought for it.

I sold a Dell laptop which SellBroke offered more than other services. My shipment was delivered in a day and was paid the next business day. Received the full amount as quoted. Definitely recommend and will be using SB again.
