Customer service cant seem to read OPTIONS: tracking, remote, motorization and realize why we are upset and asking for missing items. I ordered the no drill blinds and they don't stay secured. Getting a hold of customer service is difficult. Don't order there blinds.

The quality, the coloring (gray) and the fit were perfect. We are very pleased with our order. We ordered 2 different sizes for the 2 windows and they both were excellent fits.
The only thing we have to figure out is the wand for the shorter window. We just need to make it shorter. Overall, we are very satisfied.
The installation video for outside mount gave me some useful info on width and length dimensions. I'll know when I install them.

Very simple ordering, just measure the window and input the measurements. They came quickly and the site updated me once shipped. I had trouble finding my window size for my bathroom and looked everywhere and came across selectblinds and im glad I did. The price was the same if not cheaper then other sites and the other sites had the wrong sizes. Installation was a breeze and they look perfect.
One of the items that I ordered never arrived. I have waited a while to give it time to show up. When I call to check on it everyone is so confused and can't figure out what's happened. I'm super bummed because I've spent a ton of time on the phone with customer service and have not gotten anywhere.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
