Correct and fast

We bought a new home that had full shades installed on nine large windows. I much preferred 2 in wood blinds and replaced all nine windows with blinds from Select Blinds. I knew I would like them that I had no idea how much I would love them! They are absolutely gorgeous!

Ordering was easy. Received updates through out the process. The blinds are nice. Only suggestion would be to offer black hardware on all black blinds, mine are white and it's noticeable.

The Worst Ever!

We purchased one cellular blind / no drill. When we received the blind and no drill piece we were excited to put it up in our newly remodeled bathroom. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong size for the no drill blind piece and we could not install it. We have been trying to deal with Select since the beginning of the year and it is a joke!. There really is no customer service - just a bunch of people or bots who throw the complaint/issue toward another person or bot. We sent photos per request 3 times now. No one seems to do anything. It's always a different person asking for more photos and there is no response to the problem at hand other than the emails begging us to write a review of customer service. HA HA HA There is no customer service. Why they want a review is beyond me. They would be better off trying to create a decent product and correct errors. So my review in short - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HASSLE. I guess we will have to treat this as a loss unfortunately unless they get their you know what together!

These are great!

I purchased some paper accordion shades from Wayfair and they ripped almost immediately (get what you pay for I guess). I replaced with these - the quality is great, super easy to install and no strings or poles and you can pull them up/down and tilt them. I'll be buying 3 more for my dining room.

Horrible experience. Sent wrong color black out shades and wouldn't give a refund. Wasted more than 2 hours on the phone with customer service which they outsource to the Philippines so you can not understand a single word the people are saying. Said they would escalate the situation to uppers but never got a word back from them every time I called. Called a total of 4 times. Ended up disputing the charge. Would highly advise people to take their business elsewhere. I'm a tik tok influencer and posted a video about my experience to my 1.3 million followers.

Second purchase terrible.

The first set we ordered were produced and shipped quickly. They were costly so we purchased one to see if we liked it. We did. So we ordered another one exactly the same only not remote. Took over a month to get, which would've been fine if the first ones wouldn't have come so quickly so we expected it quickly. The second set sags in the middle and the bottom of them are crooked and very noticeable. There's a piece of fabric in the upper left that sticks out and noticeable. If this would've been the first set…never would've ordered again. Thankfully we didn't purchase for all of our windows in our new home, so expensive and so disappointed on the second set

Happy with our purchase

Decided to get a shade for our big picture window to help with keeping heat in and coldness out. We live in Wisconsin and it's been super cold and our new blackout cordless blind is great! Definitely recommend, granted we already have select blinds in our home but definitely love our first blackout blind. Once we update the others, we'll be getting the blackout. Also, came sooner than expected which was great too!
