I am quite sure I ordered the Remote Option as well as the hardwareless mounting option, it's the only reason I went with these blinds, the window is very High, Top of the window frame is a Arch, and it's Brick... Hardware is not an option. Currently I feel like I am being Extorted for additional $$. This is more trouble then the few Hundred dollers I have now spent for one set of roll up shade. Further it's been two weeks at least for me to get them, now I have to wait longer. Amazon Had Options, but I read great review about SelectBlinds, and I was willing to pay more for a good experience. I have paid more, and I am not having a good experience.
Blinds are great, they popped in quickly but shipping took 3 weeks & arrived late.

I found the processes and product of select blinds to be excellent! The processes of measuring and selecting blinds was super easy using their worksheet and online ordering. I did call customer support with a small question to be sure. I was measuring my window correctly-- I talked with a human almost immediately (no ridiculous robo to navigate), and was able to finish filling out my work sheet quickly. Filling out my online order form. Took a few minutes to fill in all the details for each blond, but it's pretty straightforward (I live in rural area so my internet is slow, so it took a while to go back and forth entering details for each blind-- if you have decent internet speed it should be a breeze.) I love how the company lets you know exactly what is going on once you have submitted your order-- you can track progress on the production of your blinds, and their delivery. When I received my blinds, they were super easy to install and fit perfectly. They look fabulous and give an excellent upgrade to the appearance of my tiny house guest bedroom, living room, and kitchen! I think their pricing is excellent. I'm totally satisfied and highly recommend ordering from Select Blinds.

Over the last 10 years I have purchased at least dozen different sets of blinds for my home (s). Every last one was perfectly fabricated, delivered within two weeks and every last screw included in the box along with easy to read instructions. I've installed them all.
Great custom blinds, my contractor did the measurements and they fit perfect at half the cost of the local stores. Buy the non-drill accessory, totally worth it, was so easy, I had them up in a minute.
The two for one pricing is how we're replacing blinds - the only issue I have is that after a time the finish begins to blister and peel - now I'm going to have to chip and spray paint so they look nice - fortunately each slat can be removed and placed elsewhere so damage is not so visible.
The product is great and mounting them was easy. Took awhile to get a replacement for one that was damaged. The process was a bit longer than I liked but they never dropped the ball or forgot about me. They backed their product completely. I will use them again.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
