Return customer. I replace the line that had broken. I ordered the exact same blinds that I purchased originally. The mounting system was completely different. I had to put a whole new set of holes in my windows. I am disappointed.

The website is super easy to navigate, although there are many choices for style, color, design, etc. The instructions were helpful in determining how to measure the window to ensure I received the proper size. The window I purchased for is short in length and there wasn't an option to change the length of the spinning rod used to open the blinds. So the blinds have a rod longer than the actual window. Instructions for installation were easy to follow.
We requested free samples. They arrived quickly and we loved them so much that we placed an order right away! One arrived cracked but the customer service team was amazing and we received a replacement right away. We love our new blinds in our home and plan to order more.
