The blinds were easy to install but were alot lighter in color than expected, so they do not match our other blinds.

Blinds are all good and were easy to install and came very quickly after ordering.
These idiots that have designed the hardware almost be pencil pushing engineering nerds that have never been in the field to install. We ordered Roman shades for our house. The mounting hardware installs into the top of the window opening with a slide latch to lock it in. The problem is that the slide latch scrapes the drywall when closing to lock in the blind leaving an unattractive blemish on the top of the window for all to see. It was never this way in the past and is completely ridiculous. The other challenge with mounting these blind ls is that others came with mounting hardware that screws to the top of the window for an inside mount. The bracket has a bolts that hangs down allowing the blind to slide up in and applying a wing nut to fasten the blind to the bracket. We have installed hundreds of these types of blinds from other and they come with a "slot" on the blind to accept the bolts so there is wiggle room if they don't align exactly. Selectblinds doesn't use the groove on their blinds they drill a hole forcing you to line up your bracket EXACTLY to ensure the bolt goes into the hole. There is little margin for error and almost impossible. God help you if you have a longer blind that requires 3 holes to line up. The metal grommets lining the holes on the blind are cheap and pop off immediately when installing. Who ever is responsible for designing these blinds should be fired. The install too 4X longer than normal. Top it off with the drape install couldn't be completed as Selectblinds didn't include curtain rings in the order. Instead of fighting with someone on the help desk, we ended up ordering them from Amazon and received them the next day. Selectblinds used to be a great company with work with and offer great blinds that installed very easy. Not anymore. They are a disaster and we will go to a professional source and gladly pay more for our blinds from someone else.

Ordering was so quick and easy. They arrived quickly and were so easy to install. They work exactly as I wanted and fit perfectly!
The top down blinds are fantastic! We live that the sun can come thru but no one can see thru them!
The selection is pretty good and the price was reasonable due to a good deal that was going on. I loved that I could order a free sample ahead of time! That was very nice. Since I needed some that matched the decor and colors in my home, I liked that I could confirm that it matched rather than order something that I thought would work but risk having it not work. I did have a question for customer service and they were quick to get back to me. The quality was good overall, my only complaint was that one of the blinds hands unevenly when it's pushed up. This is definitely noticeable to me and it does bother me a bit, but the hassle of dealing with getting it fixed (if they even would) turned me off from saying something. Otherwise the color is great and my husband didn't have any issues hanging them.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
