These blinds were in our house when we bought it. We decided to replace them and we whet back to these. They fit perfectly and are high quality. My husband measured 3 times and I checked the order twice. Everything has been perfect. We highly recommend.

These good looking blinds were easy to mount. They are very well made and look fantastic. My only complaint is that there is no type of handle to grab onto for lowering the blinds. Is there some type of plastic handle that could be added later?

I was totally not happy with the way a CS rep handling situations today around around noon. I received 2 items orders, blinds. I called to say the dimensions were off. She asked if I spoke with consultant and I said no but read the instructions guide provided. She said I was wrong with my dimensions because they take half inch off. I said I did not see that in the instructions. What I saw was to make allowance for the spacing to all the blinds to fit in and not right. She said that was not what I said, pretty much telling me I was wrong and that she cannot forward my case because it will not be taken. That was when I said is that how select blind provides Customer care? She say I was wrong and nothing to do. During this time, she was dealt with me in a noisy background as I could hear kid distraction and her going silent on me a couple times. I felt been rushed, she was impatient unsupportive to me. She ended the call with me finishing my asks. I text to speak with a suptand was told someone was going to call but no one showed care or concerns to call back. I think I am lucky to not all all the 20 at one time. Was going to regret it. The good lesson I learned from some advice. These all online sales I not the best, you get it cheap but no satisfaction. I am disappointed that no one bothered to call back. Say away if you can. In fact when you call to speak to them, before you know it, you receive a text to chat. I was lucky to get my call go through after holding on for a long time. I will continue to provide updates. This was the most horrible CS I have encountered. I can't believe it. It's easier to trash the two I ordered than to bear the loss of 20 orders. Am lucky. I want you to know and be aware, satisfaction may not there or not guaranteed.
I ordered a Rustic Americana Roman Shade. When I received it, it looked like a Classic Roman Shade. After sending pictures, a new Shade was sent. It was exactly like the first one. Problem is still unsolved and I am very dissatisfied.

All of our blinds arrived last week and I installed them yesterday. They look great
All came as desired and installed easily. I might recommend switching screws to Philips head for those without a ratchet attachment. Also the price is much more expensive than we used to pay from select blinds.
We ordered an odd size for our shade and they fit perfectly. Due to the ease of ordering shade samples I was confident in the color and style of the shades I received. I would order from this site again.

Good instructions for ordering and installing. Ordered what I wanted. Got what I wanted. I had to do a little bit of shimming to adjust for one uneven surface. That's no reflection on SelectBlinds. Just letting others know that they may be making some similar adjustments.
Seems it would be helpful to have a bearing etc inside the plastic guide rather then the chain just rubbing against the plastic which might cause stress on the chain speeding up its deterioration-
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
