Efficient and perfect for my windows as I have ordered on two different occasions.
Love the ease of getting multiple samples, ordering and install. I am slowly adding a "Select Blind" to every window in my home. They are high quality and give each room a great look --- with privacy in some, blackout in some, and "just for fun" in others.
When I tried to order wood shades with lining, the choices listed did not include pictures. I wanted to see the difference between tan and beige. When I called customer care I found out there are more choices than the ones listed. I asked for samples. The samples arrived and I will order the wood shades with lining today. I have purchased the same shades (unlined) for several rooms of our lake house. They are beautiful and easy to install.

I'm used to buying common roller shades at local paint shops that don't exist anymore. Select Blinds website tips and tools were easy for me to navigate and use. I fumbled around actually placing the order a bit but that's entirely on my senior self. Once I placed the order Select Blinds kept me up to speed and the 8 roller shades ordered came well packaged and when I expected them. Install instructions were VERY GOOD. Not a hard product to install but thanks for not making me decipher 10 pictograms on a 3x5" card.

Selectblinds gave great instructions to follow on how to measure your windows. We ordered blinds in all our bedrooms and they turned out great!
We received the product and while it was the correct dimensions, the middle is not taut enough to stay straight and becomes concave on the edges. The blinds then let light in and no lo no we cover the whole window.

The order time promised on the website is not accurate. I ordered 11/27 and received 12/18. Customer service is not helpful. I had planned on ordering window coverings for all windows in my new home from here. Thankful I tested with one room first.

We are dissatisfied with our purchase. The bamboo blinds look good, but do not provide privacy. We are not able to exchange as all blinds are custom made. I would not buy from here agaib

Glad we chose Select Blinds. I ordered over the phone and my customer service was great. Delivery was as promised and they were installed by my husband the next day. I was very pleased with the price.
Blinds arrived when they said they would. Installation was straightforward (albeit a little time consuming, which is to be expected when hanging within-frame). Actual size was exactly as ordered. Looks fantastic.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
