Website states 100% 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Nowhere does it say they have a zero return policy. Purchased automated blinds and a Bond Select Connect Bridge to control them. We were very unhappy with the bridge as we could not program it to open blinds to "favorite" position (just fully open or fully closed). We were able to connect the blinds to our old NeoSmart bridge that we us for blinds in a different room, which works well. After 1.5 hours of back and forth with customer service they sent an image of a return policy that is nowhere to be found on their website and obviously for internal company use: "All sales final for the Select Connect Bridge are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, even for unopened units. For information on possible exceptions to this policy, please contact a manager or supervisor on your team. The Select Connect Bridge is excluded from the FIT Guarantee and the 90-Day Satisfaction discount policy." The product we wanted to return is re-stockable and re-sellable. Again, nowhere on their website or on our emailed receipt is this policy noted. Horrible, horrible customer service and frankly false advertising.

Blinds are great, we received little contact re: the progress of the drapes. No one told us when they would be delivered., we had to search it out

The two blinds I ordered were the perfect color and the quality of the shade was excellent
Love these blinds. This is the second home I have put them in. They look great, functional and easy to install.
Website is very nice for shopping - it's intuitive and easy to use making the shopping experience very nice, easy and straightforward. It's almost the perfect website as I found I was able to get all my questions answered without feeling I have to call customer service.
In addition I was about to purchase but the website suggested I get samples first which was a great idea - I received multiple samples which was great.
This was a good shopping experience.
It was easy to order the 4 blinds with different sizes, all was shipped fast and nothing missing or wrong, thank you
The blinds done always fully return. The left side tends to drop a quarter inch. I have to pull the extend the blinds 3 or 4 times before it properly returns.

Easy website to make a purchase. Quality blinds that came in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend select blinds 100%.
The blinds were very easy to order,easy to install and good quality. Delivery was good as wèll.
I ordered 6 products for a home I just moved into to the tune of over $2,000. I was very disappointed with delays due to backorders (the site said they were in stock) and receiving 2 defective blinds. SelectBlinds replaced the defective units within a couple of weeks and the backordered product eventually came in as well. All is good and I'm happy with the window treatments I purchased.
I put a order in 3 weeks ago and have called to see where they are at and no one can give me a answer.

I am very happy with the experience I had with Select Blinds. The paperwork was easy to understand and the fabric sample they sent was a good size and showed the pattern in the fabric very well. When the shades arrived they were perfect! They look terrific on my windows and complete the kitchen!
I ordered a large zebra shade. It showed up a few days earlier than promised. Yay! Had to call to verify color choice and move the lift for the other side. Product support was super helpful! Was easy to install! Thank you.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
