I have used Select Blinds many times and have always been happy. I do get confused about the numerous choices for what appears to be similar products. And I don't understand why they can't make the blinds pull down evenly instead of having to manually level them. The blinds are well made, they are light and the metal brackets are strong and secure. The blinds sat in San Diego for 5 days before they moved. The total shipping time was 9-10 days.

I am impressed how easy and simple these blinds are to install in order. I would give it a 10 out of 10 instead of five out of five just a great product. I will order again.
We are thrilled with the roman shades we ordered! There were wonderful fabric options, they were very easy to install, and I am thrilled with the quality... and the price!

I placed an order for blinds but made a mistake on the width. I called customer support to change my order and they were super helpful. They cancelled my original order, which included a buy 1 get 1 free deal, then gave me the 40% deal which was running that week, so I actually ended up saving money. The representative was extremely helpful, responsive, and followed up with me.
Found what we thought we wanted, and with support from select blind staff got exactly what we measured and the fabric we wanted, and the result is absolutely fantastic. If and when we need more blinds or curtains, we will definitely be consulting and checking the products of select blinds.
The ordering process is easy and the communication on shipping is excellent Best of all though is the high quality of the blinds!
The blinds are very nice, but I was a little disappointed that the gray blinds had white plastic trim and header and not gray plastic trim. I was trying to match my purchase to a pair of blinds I bought from Select Blinds many years ago that were gray with gray plastic trim and header..
The instructions to install the shade were not clear. Regarding the brackets, the diagram showed 3/4' and 1 1/2 ' depth but it was not clear to me from where you start to measure.
You sent the incorrect remote control, I called in and got nothing but bad attitude and a pack of lies. I was unable to open the blinds to see if they fit or even work. After I tried to install the tension header and found that it fit in the bottom of the window but was 1/2 an inch to wide at the top. Imagine my anger when I discovered the the window opening on our brand new house are not even close to being square. Then I called in to order a replacement and was told to keep the charger cords and the wrong remote you sent, but ' hang onto wrong remote for a while until we see if we want it back" So I was emailed that my replacement blind was shipped and when I asked about the replacement remote, no one knew what happen but I,m not getting the remote. So I said when the remoteness replacement blind shows up on Friday I will be returning the entire order to Select Blinds. Customer service said they needed a few more days to figure this out. I repeated what I said and hung up.

These Roman shades are a joke. They sit horrible in the window allowing light to gap on both sides. Absolutely pointless and terrible customer service. Waste of $300!

I have tried other blinds sites. Select is the best. Great customer service. Excellent selection from which to choose. Good pricing. Free delivery.
I've order from Select Blinds multiple times and the choices you offer are by far, better products at affordable prices.
Looking forward to how well I did giving measurements. Looked easy enough and the no drill option is a winner!
Quality and accuracy of sizing blinds is great. Production and shipping times are not. 2 months from order to delivery. Quality, I would recommend, If you are in a hurry, I would not.

As a return customer to Select Blinds, I could not recommend them more. From price to quality to speed of fabrication, my experience with Select Blinds has been excellent.
Ordering the blinds was quick and easy. I especially appreciate the F.I.T. Guarantee, as measuring for blinds is not something I have done in a long time, and the possibility of an "oops" is ever present.
My old vertical blinds came with the condo. I just thought they looked cheap. However, I do not like drapes. These are perfect, modern, soft and beautiful.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
