So far so good, great black out blinds, my room can now be pitch black. The material seems super thin so we will see how longevity is after awhile.

The center string on our three arched blinds was too short. Once we tied an 18-inch extension to it, everything went as show on the video. We are happy with the results.

This shade was custom ordered and was beautiful. Ordering was easy. I had to contact customer service with a minor question regarding the installation and I received kind, knowledgeable service from the rep. She also sent an email with instructions.

Was satisfactory but wish you didn't change common colors of blinds. Also don't think same quality. Had to replace an older one of your products when the plastic thing holding the spring broke. Allowing spring to shoot across the room. Someone could have been hurt

I ordered a 73 inch wide blind which needs 3-4 brackets to be mounted. The package arrived with only two brackets. I tried calling customer service to see if they could ship the other two brackets and I was on hold for a very long time. Wasn't able to connect with Select Blinds, and now I have to shop around to find the brackets that fit this blind. Disappointed with this shipment considering that I had a good experience in the past with this company.

It was so easy to measure following the guidelines and just as easy communicating all my needs. The cordless blinds are of top quality and easily installed. I wholly recommend Select linds!

I ordered the 8 blinds on March 29 and the delivery was right on time. 4 of the blinds were not installed right away. The 4 did not come with the brackets. I called and was transferred to customer service. What a joke that was. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and finally was able to leave a call back number. I never received a call back. I called again on April 18th and talked with a salesman and he took care of my problem. It's been one week and I am still waiting for the 8 missing brackets. Now USPS is giving me a delivery date of April 29th. 8 small brackets shouldn't take that long to arrive. I have ordered over $2000.00 of blinds in the last 2 months and all the orders have been delivered very quickly.
