Placing the ordering was easy and went seamlessly. The communication about the production and shipping could have been a bit better but overall i am satisfied with the timeframe. The only problem i encountered was with the no drill brackets. 1. I didnt realize that i would be looking at an ugly white strip between my beautiful and expensive oak windows and my awesome blinds. 2.5 out of 6 of the brackets fit great, the 6th was about 1/2 inch too short, i was able to improvise with a self tapping screw. I rigged it because the process to get it taken care of looked too difficult. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase.
It was SUPER Easy! Your instruction how and where to measure and step by step choosing what I ordered was perfect! Even when I doubted myself your customer service was kind and walked me through my doubt and ultimately nailed the measurement.
The shopping experience was OK, I just missed the part about how thick the blinds are. They are too thick and won't fit inside the windows frame. I think the old ones were 3/8".
Sucks. 65 years old, have to stand on chair to reach my cords. They should come to bottom of blind. Close them every night, so daily problem.

I received notice that the blinds were shipped and expected them quickly because I paid $119 for express delivery. Days and days went by and I could get no information from you. I finally found out that they were in Customs for a week. There was never any mention of this possibility and I could still not find out where the blinds are actually fabricated. Very misleading information.

The clips didn't work properly, the blinds were supposed to be room darkening, that didn't happen. Really a pain in the #%@&.

Exactly as we ordered, but slightly later than anticipated
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and order was accurate. Overall a very great experience and I would definitely recommend!

The overall process was simple and amazingly satisfying. However, the tracking and customer service system needs updating. I received my blinds a week before Select Blinds actually notified me they were being shipped. A customer service rep did assist with that process, so I was kind of already in the loop. After receiving my blinds, I noticed one of the boxes had been ripped, definitely during shipping. I was missing an entire set of brackets and screws needed for installation. I tried getting a hold of customer service for three days! I eventually went to a hardware store for screws and created a solution...

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
