Overall I suppose the blinds are decent. The handles are very chintzy. I don't know why they would go so cheap on materials/design for the only part of the product you regularly come into contact with.

I've ordered at least 16 blinds from Select and have never been disappointed. The quality is excellent. I suggest getting the extended warranty, which is a minimal charge.
Bamboo blinds received quickly and as described. They are more see through then I pictured, so if you're looking for more privacy I would recommend adding a liner.
Good delivery time. Easy to contact and speak to support. Only downside is they sent the cordless setup boxes with my cord operated blinds. Took a week or two to get the right pieces.

Very difficult to install due to poor instructions and no help from Customer Service. I hired someone to install them who relied on his expertise and successfully installed them.
Low quality, not how it looked in the picture. I bought horizontal foux wood blinds at home depot and they are much better quality. They do look like wood, these ones look like plastic. I didn't like them but my husband had placed them when I got home so I was not able to return them

Very happy with one exception. The cordless lift works great but the inside mounting makes it difficult to lower the blind down to the window stool. I've had Roman shades with cordless lift that had handles attached to the bottom rail to assist in lowering down to the stool. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the look and quality of the blind. I would buy again.
In the past year we have replaced both homes with cellular light filtering shades and the quality, availability has been awesome received them quicker than quoted
3rd time using Select Blinds for my blinds in my now 3rd home in the last 5 years. Couldn't be more pleased with quality, speed, or service! Always recommend them! Even have given their info to my real estate agent!
This is the second time I ordered from SelectBlinds. Everything went great. The product matches the existing blinds exactly. They were easy to install and fit perfectly.
Ordered select blinds through your web site in March. Received product about 2 weeks later. Measurements were perfect. Love the look of the blinds on my windows.
Instructions on the site were very clear and easy to follow. I also loved the color selection. My daughter installed them for me, and they look fantastic.
Lots of options and good explainations
I ordered 3 blinds, one smaller blind was cut to the right measurements, the 2 other more expensive and larger blinds were way off in the cut. I sent and email right after we put it up and was I informed that here was no way to get another set of blinds with the right measurements. We had measured the window 3 times, don't understand how your company could delivered blinds that were so way off the measurements. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Ordering was easy, but every picture is a false advertisement on the website of what the blinds will actually look like. I had multiple blinds that were not cut straight in the gaps were more than advertised
I ordered cordless blinds that were light filtering and later decided I wanted black out. I simply wanted to ask the support team if another set would work on the ask brackets. But I could tell the language barrier preventing the service team from being able to answer my question. I took an educated guess and bought the black out blinds and they fit nicely but the quality of them is nothing to brag about. They don't spring back well, and I wouldn't recommend this company for their product Quality or customer service.

Received all my blinds and I love them. Only one issue on one of the blinds, the top header is coming off. Did put in a claim so hopefully it will be resolved.
I made a phone call to double check my measurements and the representative was very friendly and helped us out. Thank you.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
