Easy to do on line and easy to put up. Love them. We install them without any tools and are easily to close and open each day. The color is what we were looking for and the right design. They were new windows and we did not want to damage them in anyway and this work out perfect.
The experience working with Select blinds was excellent, easy process, good pricing and generally good product. My only complaint is it operates a little hard and I think it is due to it being a little bit long for the window opening. I had to bend the brackets to be able to mount the blinds and even with that it is really tight which binds on the blind and makes the chain pull hard. I am concerned it may eventually cause it to break due to difficulty pulling it.
Ordering free samples made my choice easier to order what I wanted. The no drill blinds was the right choice.
Received some swatches to pick from and was able to get the right one.
Sizing was correct and easy but when pulled down, they don't stay all the way down.
We have now outfitted ALL of our windows with blinds from Select Blinds. We measure carefully (3x! At 3 locations on frame of window) to be sure and are never disappointed with the blinds we receive. The blackout shades are true blackouts, and we love the cordless variety. Perfect for children's rooms.
One thing that might be a bonus would be if you could have an upgrade pick on the handle to pull shades up and down - the default plastic tab is clear and inconspicuous but maybe some other options on that would be a nice addition.
I just received a package from you. In my original order, you didn't provide tensioner brackets. I called and was told you'd send 4 of them for my 4 blinds. Today I received 4 chain tensioner and chain assemblies, but no tensioner brackets. Please send me 4 tensioner brackets ASAP.

The guy helping me on the phone was excellent patient, kind and knowledgeable. The key is to have the exact measurements. The blinds were delivered shortly after I placed the order. I am very pleased. They look beautiful.
Bad experience. Blinds did not fit my windows. Y'all refuse to accept them back. I hate that. I can not use the blinds. Wrong size.

My natural material shades were timely in delivery and nice product. Only complaint is the side treatment of the wood top bracket as I was provided Velcro attached side over that stick out and look tacked on. This design should be altered to look more integral to the whole shade.
I was extremely happy with the quality of my blinds. The first order took a bit for delivery and due to expense, we only ordered for one window to make sure we would love it. We did! Ordered the other two after. The second order came way faster than the first. They look super high end and fit my window perfectly!
I ordered 6 zebra blinds and one of them was damaged so i contacted them and they say they will send me a replacement, it has been more than 5 weeks and I still haven't received the item, called several times and they say they will look into this but so far they have'nt contacted me.
