The blinds were easy to install and the shopping process was good.

Called customer service with a question and they were very helpful.
While replacing a faulty blind was well done, the replacement broke and while it had been just over 3 years since original purchase it was less than 3 years, and within warranty, on the replacement. I appreciate the discount for a second replacement, but I think the warranty on that original replacement should have been calculated not from original purchase but when original replacement was done, which would have meant I would not have had to pay for another blind after so short a time. The blind is a top down/bottom up that never worked right. Next time I may try another company.
The blinds are great, and they black out the light, although one of them has a little gap on the side. They did not come with instructions, so we had to Google them.

Blinds arrived on time, installation was a breeze; in less than 2 hours everything was functioning as intended.
I had to reorder a blind to replace one with a broken lift mechanism. It was very easy & it arrived quickly. And I was happy to receive a discount since I was a previous customer.
Blinds are bamboo so some wear was expected but when the sun shines through it really emphasizes the broken pieces. Still looks nice for an online order from China. Shipping was delayed over a month due to back order but otherwise the samples came quickly and installing was smooth with helpful video directions.

I purchased blinds a few years ago and was satisfied. One of them broke several years later and I ordered a new one from the same company. I do not think that the new blind has the same quality. The material looks different and the make too.
