My order was missing a piece. I reached out through three channels. Thus far I have had no response.
Not happy at all with the shades nor the curtains. We ordered the "no drill" shades and you can see the bracket. It shifts the shade over and hangs unevenly with an unsightly gap. The shades were more to the correct size, it is the no drill bracket that makes it look really bad. Also, we ordered custom size, very expensive, curtains and both panels had a large seam running down each side. I want to return all of it.

My blinds came in exactly as I ordered. However, one of the vertical lines/cords was run through one of the horizontal panel cords. That panel does not open or close fully, and there is a height difference at the bottom, making the anchor hooks hard to connect. I tried calling but the option to submit a warranty claim just disconnect. The wait to speak with a representative was longer than I could be away from work. If the problem is rectified, the overall experience would be 4 star.

So easy to order. Lots of options, received them quickly and they are great! Such good quality for a good price. I love them.
The designers and blind quality are great. Designers are very helpful! Hope you don't need customer service. You will wait hours only to get no answers. Unfortunately only one customer service representative was professional and helpful. If you get Angel hang up, I have never experienced someone so rude and unwilling to help in that role ever. This was the most condescending and unprofessional interaction I think I have ever experienced with a company. If it wasn't for the designers and product I would say don't use selectblinds. If you don't need help or have any problems with your order they are a good company but buyer beware of customer service.

Measure twice! Mine is snug but works perfectly, easy to install. Make sure your chain is right. Chain connector does not go through upper chain gear, which may keep the blind from rolling all the way up. Blocks the setting sun from my TV eyes just great.

The blinds look wonderful however one of the motors is broken. We have had the blinds for 2 months and you expect you customers to change the motor themselves?!?! They are brand new... you should have replaced the blinds. Stupid

We bought blinds from here to go in our new home 5 years ago and were very happy with them. We moved again and purchased from here again. Blinds are easy to install and are great quality.
Easy site to maneuver. I'm so happy I got the no drill installation bars. They were very easy to install & I love the top down bottom up style.
I really like the blinds. They are effective for screening out bright light and heat. They are also very attractive looking.
The one downside is that I had to re tension both of them, which was kind of a pain. They would not roll up at all until I had to hand roll them to work right. I found that kind of annoying so that's why I took off a star.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
