Overall experience

Dealing with your employee's is a very pleasant experience. What was not so pleasant was getting a letter from your company saying our private information had been hacked. Our credit card was violated with six very large attempts to charge large and expensive charges. Our email and text have been hammer with all kinds of attempts to get us to sucker up to various scams. It would have been nice if you had put the effort into protecting our date that you have expended after the violation. Needless to say we don't have a great feeling about doing business with your company in the future.

Blinds arrived when expected and are exactly what I wanted. We had some difficulty trying to understand the instructions to install, once we discarded what was provided and just used common sense we were fine.

This is the BEST blinds company! We are repeat customers for the quality and customer service.
It's been 5 years since our first order and Select blinds are still easy to work with. We have ordered honeycomb shades, roller shades and this time No Drill Roman shades. What a dream! We had a set of three large family room shades up in less than 10 minutes including unboxing. Doesn't get much better than this!

They have a huge selection and will send samples of whatever you're looking at. I haven't had any problems with the product except the pull down handles on the new blinds aren't as nice as the ones on the old blinds and, for the width of my blinds, there should be two. Otherwise, they will never pull up or down straight without the need to manually straighten them.

Motorized blinds are electric!

Ordering was a breeze, and we contemplated traditional vs. motorized blinds. We opted for the more expensive option because the window in our living room is almost 8' wide. Buy the motorized option! The initial pain is masked once you have the ease and ability to push a button to operate the blinds.

Dissappointed

Ordered my blinds on 10/14/24 a month before we needed them. Initially the order was produced ahead of schedule and scheduled to be delivered on 10/24. Delivery date came and went and the website didn't show any reason for the delay. I contacted the shipper and the SelectBlinds with no answer. It was clear the blind got lost in shipment but SelectBlinds would not do anything to expedite a replacement product, they just kept saying they needed to give the shipper 8-12 working days to try to locate the product, which was longer than the original production and shipping schedule. Finally after two weeks SelectBlinds agreed to provide a replacement product and expedite the order, but the new deliver date was longer than the previous production and deliver timeline. I also asked to be given the new price since the product was now on sale. They said they couldn't honor the new price since we ordered it the prior month. They also made it sound like they were doing us a favor to remake the product that their shipper lost. They finally came back and agree to provide a credit but only equal to half of the sale savings. After more arguing they provide an additional credit but still a few dollars short of the full savings. The blinds finally arrive 3 days after the date we wanted to have them for visitors staying at our home. Bottom line, SelectBlinds offered a good price and they are very easy to work with if everything goes as planned, and their blinds are good quality, but if there is a hiccup in their process they are not good at problem solving or making any attempt to keep the customer satisfied during the problem.
