My second time ordering from them and there was an issue with one of my blinds they remade it and shipped it out free. Very satisfied with product service is very responsive.

Shades arrived on time as advertised. They are beautifully made (Roman shades) and the automatic feature works perfectly. I had someone install them and he had no problems- job was done quickly. Very satisfied with purchase!

I've online chatted and spoken with Customer Service a minimum of four times since receiving my blinds. I have yet to receive a call back response as the Select Blinds customer service said I would receive. My dates of experience started in November.

I couldn't remember what blinds I ordered and I needed something to match. I called the company and they were able to look up my previous order and help me find the exact line needed. I'm so grateful for the help and the blinds are perfect. The size is spot on.

I ordered blinds for my whole house, all but two were fine. The two in the basement had an additional 1/2" taken off, I contacted them and they said that's the standard deduction, but every other blind was true to size. They said they would give me 10% off reordering them, but I'm not giving them any more money. This is their mistake, not mine.

These blinds truly block the light. They are well made and look great on the bedroom windows. My husband installed them so I can't speak to the ease of installation but he didn't appear to have any issues. The price was very reasonable for these blinds!
