The suggested matches they did serve up outside the match criteria were few and far between. It leads me to believe that their pool does not have as many people in it as they lead on. They tell everyone that they can find somebody for them if you're willing to pay the money for the membership. The money-back guarantee requires you to spend more money to go through arbitration to try to get back any of the money you paid. Other than the professional photos that I took at their suggestion, I got nothing out of this experience. I'm a successful executive and was all for outsourcing the work to go through profiles to find a match and fine with their pricing if they actually had men to match that were a match. It was frustrating, disempowering, and a complete waste time and money.

This company is a total scam. Do not use this service. There are no refunds like they promise on the website.

I spent 16,750 USD for 9 matches that all were guaranteed to match at least 90% of my match criteria. Three different match makers promised me the moon and severely underdelivered.

Not only that, multiple people from this company were really unprofessional towards me and I experienced religious insensitivity. They say they are elite but most of them couldn't even spell my name correctly. There would be significant delays in communication once the money was transferred, usually a health or IT excuse. I've never experienced such poor service before for such a high cost.

I recieved only two matches in a 4 month period; the first came no where close to my preferences, the second lived in California and had a kid (I live in Chicago and didn't want to date someone with a kid).

I tried to get the money back but they gas lit me and tried to flatter me to stay for a month, it was exhausting the back and forth. Eventually they offered me only 4,750 USD back and tried to force me to sign a contract saying I'd never give them a negative review. This is more than likely why there aren't more honest reviews. I'm starting to think most of their positive reviews are fake as they are mostly from private accounts with only a couple reviews.

I'm chalking this experience up to an expensive lesson learned. I'd rather warn all of you to stay away from these fraudulent predators than get my money back at this point. They will more than likely respond to this review and lie, denying it all like my last review. You have been warned!
