I dont understand why they have asked me to write them a review after i just said how i dissatisfied i was with the service, but this shows how stupid the company is. They sent me an email containing my password in plan text so they have access to all customer passwords. When i notified them, they cancelled my account. This is a huge red flag. Avoid

Did not resolve my issue and was rude and disrespectful to me the entire time. I will be posting on my social media accounts strongly discouraging anyone from ever using this service. It's a scam. They said the basic bundle was free, that was a lie, they've been silently charging my bank $5.54 a month for the last 10 months, for something they promised was FREE OF COST so I disputed the charges with my bank and canceled my account with these scammers. Please do not fall for their blatant lies.

I thought Segpay's staff was courteous and professional. I was contacting because my website subscription was on renew but was canceled without notice. Segpay let me know it was canceled because of an issue with my credit card. Unfortunately, the website's policy is to charge 71% more money when this occurs, which I think is ridiculous for a loyal customer. It isn't worth it to me. It seems like it would be a better policy to alert the customer of a credit card issue before canceling and not charge a loyal customer 71% more money. But that's not Segpay's fault.
