Had some random charges on my card. Called and spoke with them and eventually they did refund my money. But low and behold another random charge of 19.99 was on my card the very next day. Wth Segway. You dou le charging me now
I have numerous charges on my debit card for things I did not order nor did I authorize my account to be charged.
My Visa card was renewed. So I received card with a new expiry date. No where in the system is there a spot for me to update my payment method. The system simply tries to charge to the old card, when it fails it automatically cancels your subscription. There is no warning email to alert you that a payment attempt has failed in any way. One can simply renew their subscription, but what if the subscription rate has gone up for new customers. I no longer get the previous rate that wound have been afforded to me if my card had not expired.
No one seems able to rectify the situation.

To get the purchase ID I required to make adjustment to my financial info I asked how the vendor would appear in my purchase confirmation email. The agent denied comment without a purchase ID, he asked me for one even after I clearly stated that was what I was looking for. It was a general question and the vendor site redirects you to this site for customer service. I realize you deal with more than one vendor but I asked a simple question that did not compromise any security info. I should not have been redirected after already having been redirected to your site. I cancelled my account with the vendor because I do not trust your company and did not have a good customer service experience. I'd rather not deal with you at all.
The response I received was, the problem existed with the bank refused to let the payment go through. When I contact the bank they say everything is fine. The problem may lie in the fact that a gift card can't be used on this particular site when the payment originates in the US. The site may accept a credit card but not a gift-card?
