I got in touch to inform you that I was charged for a service on my Credicard for the month of March even though I had canceled it in February. And what did I get back? The attendant extended the service for another month, until April, claiming that I had never canceled the service. I even received the cancellation confirmation email.

I've been exchanging emails for over a week and my money is still stolen.
My bank charge me Foreign Fee for the last billing transaction I did with Segway. This was the response;
We apologize but you need to contact your bank to ask for a refund for that international fee. We are not the one charge you for that. It was your bank. The customer will be charge international fee as that depends in the website's bank located. If your bank charge you for international fee it means that the website is outside your place. However if you want to ask a refund for that contact your bank to process it.
This is BS, and I will not use your company again after this. For years I used your service with no problems when I was billed. Now that I have started back using Segway(Adam4Adam) I'm very disappointed and wil no longer use your company to renew if the balance of $4.25 is not put back into my card, this will be my last transaction. It's a small amount I realize but I should not have been charged from your company in Canada when I was told the charge was going to be from Florida USA!
I have no clue who these crooks are but my bank will get to the bottom of it and I had to file a dispute against them for taking money out of my bank account that does not belong to them!
The ladies on the site are lovely but I am not able to afford it.
When the time came for my payment to be taken they must have done it at 12:01 on the dot. I transferred money take sure it was there but being the weekend my bank doesn't do things right at 12. It would have been nice if they could have tried again instead of canceling me right away.

How will I know that if they canceled my subscription to delete the account for not having answers...
I did not understand how to handle it, I put photos of my feet and videos, even of my legs, but I did not have any results, they should have a better explanation to be able to have profits with this app

First they tried the customer doesnt understand how things work, then they gave another answer which is obvious and still doesnt resolve my issue or does what i asked. So were totally unhelpful and issue is still not resolved. All i want is for them to delete my card details, which is my right, they have no right to keep all my card details on file when i have requested they delete them. In todays world with GDPR maybe they need training both in regualtions, data privacy and also how to talk to customers. I am not asking for my transaction to be removed from history, just my card from future use in their database. I do not want the website or segpay to remember my card details. Instead they are happy to tell me them keeping my card details is as safe as any other bank or card issuer which has little to do with anything. Nor does their 2nd response which was basically just dont purchase from the website again and your card wont be charged. Which is obvious.
