“Great Service, Great Price”

We had our alarm system installed for a few weeks now. To date, service has been great and the price was much cheaper than anyone else we talked to. The cost is lower than anyone else and better service than we've had with past alarm companies. They walked through out whole house and recommended options based on our lifestyle. They did not push the most expensive stuff. They clearly explained all our options and the pros and cons for each so that we can make the best decision for ourselves. Since our install, we have had issues with our Comcast Wireless system which was affecting our alarm. When we changed modems, which meant the alarm system had to be reconnected to our new modem. They were at our house in less than 2 hours to do it. When we had more issues with Comcast, which in turn created problems for our alarm, they came back out the same day and proposed a permanent solution which worked really well for us. We have also set off our alarm by accident twice already. The monitoring company was very quick to call the numbers we provided in the order we provided. This kind of service is hard to find these days.
